I attended a special performance of the Blue Man group tailored for people on the autism spectrum.

Noticed the ad on the subway so we went to see the show after dinner. The theater was smaller than what I envisioned. Probably we saw this after the MJ musical in the afternoon so it was not quite comparable. If you are curious about what the show is about, YouTube videos will be enough for you to experience. It is not necessary to come to theater in my opinion. It's good for kids though. I rather save the money for a Broadway musical.

Was a funny show Bit strange at times. We were sat in a poncho seating area. So got a really good view. Worked out a $215 for two ticket. Worth a visit on a rainy day.

The theatre itself is very small and compact. At some points they do try and get audience participation.

Excellent performance! A show that should not be missed if you visit NYC. I regret not seeing it earlier, it’s been running in NYC for over 20 years! I took our nephew and friend to see it. To out sour pride, our nephew was picked to be part of the show towards the end of it. We had a lot of fun seeing him dressing up in stage putting non a white suit and being part of the Blue Men Hype. It’s funny, hilarious, with serious themes to think about-it’s also Intelligent humor mixed with rock music and drumming. People seated in the first 4-5 rows will get wet and probably paint in their clothes. I recommend wearing something you won’t want to use again but keep as a memory of the show. It’s an excellent show! I highly recommend it

Saw the Blue Man group here. Awesome show like always. The seating is not the most accommodating. It's a little tight. Overall excellent show

Entertaining yes.
Maybe I’m getting old but it can be VERY loud, blue man group.
Children kinda enjoyed it.
Overall good experience at least once.

The theatre is quiet small but it is clean and the stuff is friendly. However, the Blueman Group is in my opinion not a must see. It is extraordinary but somehow the performance seems familiar. I would recommend it for families with children though.

This theatre is old and outdated. It's definitely in need of a face-lift. We had good seat location, BUT these seats are not at all made for plus size bodies. The seats are similar to what you would find at an old baseball game. There is NO legroom and I overheard many complaints about this situation. I was literally in pain for 2 days afterwards from where the armrest was pressed into my outer thigh and my leg was in pain from digging into the seat ahead of mine.

Seats are narrow and shallow. If you are a wide or a tall person, you'll be uncomfortable pretty quickly.

It was worth the effort.

5 stars for the show, 3 or 2 for the théâtre. Loved the show, it was bizarre and clever and playful and weird all while being musical and entertaining. During our show many parents let their young children talk throughout the entire show which also was a bummer and shifted our experience but overall, hilarious.
If you want something different and to be delighted in the most unexpected way, come here. My only sad point was my seat specifically had a terrible view because of lighting equipment. Difficult to have a bad view in an intimate space such as this one, had I known there were plenty of other seats to choose from, I would have. (Mezz C13).

Compact little theatre with little in the way of leg room, but it makes for an intimate and participatory show!

Watched the Blue Man group. Sat up in the upper seating and people's heads in rows ahead blocked the stage completely. Kids all around us had a hard time seeing the show and had to move around to see the stage.

Blue man group was an average show. Seen it before and it was much better then.

Small intimate venue and perfect place to watch a show. Blue Man Group has been playing in this spot for decades.

The blue man group is fun and entertaining when they do what they do best- drums, paint and music. When they try to be funny it’s awkward and not funny. Good for kids.
