This is the best place to go when your sick and even knows how sick you are i have been here forever

The worst customer service and when it does come from the front desk! Wow, poor docs who they have to work with. Definitely removed my kids from there but ATTENTION to all the parents when they face the front desk girls, it is so insulting!

Grate staff members, very nice, very pleasant, very helpful. Doctor Costas is the best doctor ️ All including front desk ladies I love you

I have been with at least 6 pediatrics. Two of them were good Dr. Clemens and another doctor. I was not happy with the rest, my insurance of my daughter changed and had hard time until I found dr Lilly. I didn’t want any other doctor but her, until dr Costas showed up when she couldn’t see my daughter. I gave him a chance; he helped me when my daughter was sick. He seems caring and it looks after the well-being of the children, I’m happy with him. I’m thankful that I got referred to him, everyone is nice.

Doctor excellent but the husky Spanish male by the Glass window room and the slim receptionist where a little rude with me.

The front desk is nasty, and rude she never wants to help parents. I don’t understand why Doctor Costad didn’t fire her. I remove my kids from this place. Doctor Costas is excellent his assistant Pablo is the only really nice and kind person there. But the front desk are horrible, disrespectful, and rude. She doesn’t have good manners. I will change the pediatrician for my kids just because of her.

I don’t go here but my mother takes my siblings and the doctor Olga needs to learn how to back off when a parent denies a vaccine, just because you have a degree does not mean you need to try and dumb down a parent, if they refuse something that you believe in. Absolutely ridiculous that you think because a parent refuses the flu vaccine, that they are uneducated.

The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean. Good location. I can pick my kids from school and then take them there.

My daughter Jaylanie who is now 4 years old has been seen by Dr. Costa since she was a new born and he is the absolute BEST. He was my pediatrician growing up along with my sisters, nephews, and nieces. He cares about his patients and we hope to have him for future generations to come
