It’s a magic place in the middle of the crowded Manhattan, a place to enjoy with friends and family, and after all the joy you can take a piece with you as a souvenir for a fair price.

I ordered the large quartz with amethyst tree and the quality of the quartz is not as advertised, very yellow almost browning. The tree was painted very poorly with missing spots and terrible paint lines painting the quartz itself in many places from sloppiness. Also alot of paint "splash" all over the piece.

Buy one fossil from this shop, but found it’s a defective one after receiving, send back after negotiate the shipping cost refund, but never get the refund from this store, it’s not honest. Bad experience

This place was so much fun. Decided to stroll in after work and just WOW. It was a full on museum with pretty and interesting things. The energy, vibe, and customer service was great. Will definitely be back again!

My god, I don’t even know where to start. My mother and I visited a couple days ago and we didn’t even make it a quarter of the way into the store before this associate (I believe her name is Ruth - 66y/o with shoulder length dark brown hair and bangs) came running up to us and dumping all her woes and medical history on us without any provocation.

She greeted with the typical “let me know if there’s anything you need help with” and then LAUNCHED into how she’s in pain 24/7, gave us FULL DETAILED information about her bodily functions and pains… She flipped even the bird as she was recounting her thoughts of one particular doctor. She rambled about how she has a 160 IQ and doesn’t need to listen to doctors and that she’ll never be in a wheelchair. Then she switched briefly to her son being in California. She was all over the place! And all the while she continued inching towards us and leaning in unmasked (whether or not you believe in masks, you still need to respect other people’s space) and we were both masked because we’re both immunocompromised.

She held us hostage with her ranting for a solid 15-20 minutes. Lady, we aren’t your therapist! This was beyond unprofessional and so unwelcoming. Rather than look around after, what I can only assume was a mere brief pause, and perhaps purchase something we bolted for the door lest we were caught up again. It’s a disappointment because the shop really did look beautiful, but this was such a harrowing experience I don’t think I’ll be back.

OMG it is amazing experience to be in in Gallery. Watched some unseen things of my life. The staff was very friendly. I am still in love with this place ️ thank you guys for the warm welcome and your Gallery.

This was an amazing store. Just when I thought I'd seen one of the most amazing crystals there was another. The staff was great. They were very patient. The gems and minerals were better than museums I've visited.

Went for an inexpensive, meaningful gift of minerals/gem stones for a co-worker. Got just what i was looking for - something conducive for her spirit and to strengthen her in the future. Help was helpful, and informative.

Beutiful stones and out of this world. I recomend a visit and buy items from here you will not regret it. Nice arts and items like stone and other strange bur real nice fossils

I ordered through touch of modern for fulgurite in a display case. And I was mailed a rock. I don’t even know what to say about this.
