Troy went above and beyond to diagnose an unusual problem I am having with my audio drivers. I was impressed by his knowledge, persistence and serious attitude toward his work.

Brought my phone in with a cracked screen. Staff was professional and to the point. They told me 3-4 hours and it was done in 2 1/2.

Hany in South Rd Poughkeepsie is a great person and. Was extremely helpful he even stayed open late which he didn’t have to but that was so polite and wonderful he completely fixed everything I needed he’s thorough knowledgeable and was not condescending he spoke my language very polite he’s an asset to your company

The service is really great. My charger broke and was stuck in my phone. They took care of it quickly and efficiently. I recommend this place and will definitely be back with my other broken devices. They even fix game consoles. Great place!

I needed a screen replacement for my Pixel 5a. Troy was awesome, and replaced the screen for me in about an hour. He even stayed late to complete the repair for me same day. Plus, he is a fellow Futurama fan! I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and the level of service I received. I would highly recommend this location.

Scheduled my charging port on my iPhone 11 to get replaced on their website, they took a look at it. There was just lint stuck in there, they clean it for me. They provided me with great customer service and saved me from an unnecessary $130 repair. I will defiantly return if I ever need any other electronics repaired.

While they didn't "sell" me the repair of my cell phone, the Tech.gave me "free" advice & offered other services @ no charge! That will make them my "future go to place.
