Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions, Garden City NY

Truly the best and easiest experience with this Asurion location. My Samsung Note 20 Ultra screen cracked after a fall and I was devastated. Ilive and work on my phone so it would be extremely difficult to wait days to get it fixed or replaced. We'll, my screen was replaced here for a mere $30 (because I had Asurion insurance). The young man who assisted me / fixed it was Sixto. He went beyond to fix it faster then their usual 3hrs because I was with a toddler. Thank you, Sixto! Two thumbs up!

Worst place to do business, they swap my Nintendo switch touch and tell lies that I didn't bring a charger with my game but fail to check the camera, just not a good place to do business

Not sure if this is the right location, however Jeremy? Came and fixed my phone, screen protector, and new battery? Wow! You guys ROCK! The best experience doing with a company I've had in a long time. He was polite fast, and friendly! Well mannered, just a cool guy. These guys were great. For someone not techie, they thoroughly explained what could be wrong with the phone. They went through all the options. AND they were super friendly. Will definitely recommend and come back myself.

This place is great! Feliz took care of my repair ahead of schedule and was very professional throughout the entire interaction.

I have no problem with the tech at all. He was professional and tried to solve our problem but Samsung would not allow it. Samsung sends a tech to physically inspect the issue but a person miles away makes the decision instead of the person with eyes on the ground. Makes no sense. How can someone not present argue with the person in home that can see and touch the problem? A photograph is no way to properly diagnose an issue.

Samsung has terrible, disgusting, frustrating customer disservice. We wasted 2-3 weeks and 16 hours of phone calls trying to solve multiple issues on different Samsung appliances to no avail. I will never buy Samsung appliances again and will make it my mission to tell family friends and strangers on the street not to buy Samsung.

For a multinational and multi billion dollar company, Samsung is small and petty and incompetent.

Asurion should sever ties with Samsung. The reputation of Samsung will rub off on Asurion simply by association.
