Love this park. It has some weekly events which they bring singers from different cultures. Very nice place to be at for stopping by.

Decent park for toddlers and big kids too. There's a small water fountain/sprinkler for the little ones that keeps them entertained and cool in the heat. Bathrooms are well maintained. Downsides: there are homeless people and alcoholics drinking and hanging out near the entrance to the park most times of the day-they keep to themselves but make it feel like you can't let the kids run around freely and have to keep an even closer eye on them. Plus the drunks make a lot of noise at times. Keep your guard up when you go, but otherwise its a decent park for the kids.

Nice location, size and variety of sections. The sidewalk around the park is dirty. Could benefit from some cleanup effort.

Love this small pocket park. It is the only one readily available in the neighborhood that families and seniors have available. The lack of good, clean, safe public places needs to be addressed by local officials.

This place are divided by two, one side is for elder people for relaxation and other side play ground for youth and children. Very nice place.

Lots of space in this park - which is right off the main drag (31st street) with seats and tables and statues. It is an almost hidden gem

Strange little park filled mostly with homeless drunks and kids in the playground. They don't seem to bother anyone, the homeless that is but it just looks bad. At least they have an open bathroom.

The park is beautiful and has potential but it’s too dirty and too many homeless and drunk people. Children can’t play in peace with all the drunken disorder and strangers urinating and sleeping near the playground equipment. They need to clean it up and tighten security

This park has a jungle gym, for the children, as well as a basket ball court for both the adults & children. Chess tables for all as well as benches to sit relax or read a book. JM.

Such a cute little park in a very nice part of town, only steps away from the subway. It's got plenty of shade to hang out in and is, overall, just a nice place to rest.

Small park on 30th Avenue & 30th Street in #Astoria #Queens (1 block west from MTA "N" train station at 30TH AVE) is great neighborhood venue for local music. No bathrooms (local restaurants nearby), no canopy (events usually have "rain dates- check event details). School playground next to park. Wheelchair accessible. Looking forward to Labor Day 2019 weekend's "QUEENS GET THE MUSIC" festival on THURSDAY AUGUST 29TH

Very diverse, there are always events going on for you to have fun a little. The park is very well kept and there is a basketball court

New staff past year, head of park Mike does the best cleanup of the park I've seen. He is so supportive and respectful to the parents and children, I come everyday for years since my son Mikey was born and seen many changes. Also the park has recreation and Jay works well with the children to help everyone entertained, it's great to have them in the park. Great staff and love coming here because all the parents and children are great to be around.

Nice park overall. Heavily frequented and close to transit. Athens Square is a comfortable respite for taking a breather or connecting with locals. There is a small playground, restrooms, and area for small theater-like seating. The Greek themed sculptures add a nice touch.

If you're around, it's a charming place to sit down for a bit and have a coffee or do some people watching. Free (amateur) concerts often in the summer. Not worth a trip or anything but if you're nearby it's very cute, and the playgrounds are a lot of fun for the kids. There's even a little sprinkler for kids in the summer and some lilacs that bloom in May and smell delicious.

Great park, fun to go to when you’re trying to meet up with friends. It’s interesting that there’s a place for adults next to the kids playgrounds. So adults, and kids can meet there. They also have interesting Greek festivals that consists of Greek music. Great park, but it’s not the cleanest. Bathrooms are okay.and there’s a lot of trash. Fun park otherwise!
