The only way to get in this entrance is to live in Atlantic Beach Estates or be a guest. Parking lot is a little cramped so drive carefully. The cabana boys are very friendly and helpful. Andrew and Matt do a great job. No need for umbrellas or chairs. If you are a resident, you get your own locker. Andrew and Matt take the chairs and umbrella down for you. They use a drill to ensure the umbrella stays. Wood path and blue rolled out path to get closer to the beach without stepping in the sand. Small area to eat if you order food and bring it in. Free sun screen in the shower area. Very nice but a little dated. Maybe it’s just me but the building itself needs a little update.
