I have been a patient at this office since June of 2020. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I never write reviews, but this place is such a disaster that I feel like I have to. The doctor herself is great, if you ever actually get to see her. Even when you ask to be scheduled with the doctor herself and not someone else in her staff, they will seemingly agree but when you show up for your appointment you will not be seen by the endocrinologist herself. I cannot put enough emphasis on how incredibly rude and ill mannered the front desk receptionists are. If you call to schedule an appointment or need to adjust something on a script for the pharmacy - plan to have a free window of 5 hours, because the chance that someone will answer the phone is insanely low. Even if you leave a voicemail, don’t expect a call back. A lot of the staff that I have been scheduled with doesn’t speak or comprehend English very well. Currently pregnant and have to have my TSH monitored and dose adjusted, but it was so difficult to schedule any appointments because no one ever answers the phone or calls you back so now I’m just having my OB monitor my TSH and I’m hoping that will suffice. I know a good endocrinologist is very difficult to find, but try to steer clear of this place if you can help it. It’s clear they overbook patients and can’t manage the workload properly. It’s bad enough to have to wait 2+ hours here and then to have to deal with such a rude staff on top of it, it’s just not worth it.

Good morning to all the people women especially who put their health off based on the service. I’M ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE, I’M 50+. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. STELLA “FOR YEARS”. Due to the pandemic closure I have not seen her since 2019. I LOVE HER.she’s very personable. I know the staff. Prior to my appointment I explained to the “lady” how imperative it was for me to be seen. Yesterday I went to her with an appointment @ 12: 30. I arrived @ EXACTLY 12: . To watch patients come and go. OMG. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.there was a “VERY” young unprofessional kid at the front desk. LOOK. I understand we’re suffering right now.good employees are hard to find, but he most definitely without a doubt. NEEDS BETTER TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHEN DEALING WITH patients who could possibly be very ill. Needless to say, by 1: 57 I had not been called for blood pressure/weight I decided to reschedule.and head for the door. Better luck next time.

I had a 2: 00 o’clock appointment and went into the office that was very crowded and put my name on the list which was number 3 I told the receptionist that I would sit in the car because there wasn’t a chair to be had
So I went outside and then my husband said you should go inside and see well when I did they had taking so many people infront of me
But the doctor herself is great she spends time with you and talks to

At the age of 18 my daughter was extremely sick from her thyroids. She even lost her memory. I went from doctor to doctor. Each time more disappointing then the previous one. But then we went to Dr. Stella, Wowww. Amazing my daughter is doing extremely well. Now she's in school and moving forward. I love Dr Stella, her staff are amazing people. At times very busy. But in life we have too wait. But her expertise are truly worth the waiting. I owe her my daughter's life.

I've been a patient for over 5 years they don't answer the phone or messages left on voice mail.i even fax over requests for appointments or prescriptions. I'm so upset even to change appts through the phone takes weeks to months for a response. When i do get a chance for an appointment they act so surprised like you don't keep your appointments your not up to date on things and i tell them with hurt in my system how do you expect me to come in if you never answer the phone to your patients and they say it's the secretaries.horrible but the Drs are just beautiful.smh

One of the poor discipline place that I ever seen in life, there is not following the turns we waited 2 hours just for the blood test, no role, it's very small place for waiting specially in covid 19 they are not following the 6 feet role as well.

The wait is incredibly long, and my mom always has an appointment. The receptionists are extremely rude, especially the blonde lady (don’t know her name) always yelling and NOT WEARING a mask. One patient came and asked if one specific doctor was in, her response was “ for what? ”. When I called for them to send a refill to a pharmacy they do it after 2-3 days. The only nice person there is Dr Lily, everything else I ridiculous. Please be nicer to patients and coworkers, and start taking the pandemic more serious.wear a damn mask.

I have never written reviews before, but this place has traumatized me so much that I needed to. Everytime I go here, the wait is always 2 hours, even when I show up early for my appointment. The staff is SO so rude and not clean. I never saw Dr. Stella, I always see a new face everytime I go. They also never even answer their phones or return calls, and their voicemail is always full. One day when I went, I had such a bad day and on top of that the staff was being extremely rude and kept sending me from room to room, while I waited 3 hours to be seen and was late to work. I cried and complained to the doctor about how rude her staff was and she literally said "Ohh" and did not care. Worst place ever. Do not recommend.

This office is absolutely horrendous. The wait time is an hour and a half, minimum, EVERY time. I’ve been coming here since I was 19 unfortunately because I can’t find any other endocrinologists nearby within my network. They pile people into a tiny room and continue to book more appointments than they can accommodate. I see a new person each visit, there is zero relationship with the PAs (because who ever actually sees Dr. Stella? She’s like Where’s Waldo.) every time I make an appointment I think the experience will be different and every time I am wrong. Hope this is the last visit.

Dude I wish I could give it zero stars. They have a super small waiting area and no one is doing the social distancing guidelines.
Also gets crowded and they dont care that people are on top of on another. Lastly they had a lady in the waiting room she took off her mask in the waiting and was sneezing. And they didn't say anything to her about keeping her mask on and then she proceeded to talk on the phone with her mask off.

Also they saw her with no mask and still said nothing

This is dangerous!

This Doctor has over 2 hour wait, Staff is Rude & unprofessional I wouldn't recommend office is Small always crowded.

This is hands down one of the worst doctors office, I’ve ever visited. I came here after being referred to rule out a serious condition. I made my appointment two months prior. Arrived 15 minutes early just like the front desk asked. Finished my paperwork in 5 minutes, waiting room was packed, people were coming in without mask, being very careless. It wasn’t until I waited 40 MINUTES, the front desk ask how my name was spelled! She was just starting to check me in. IN TOTAL I WAITED 2 hours 40 MINUTES, moved my vehicle 3 TIMES, I WAS ONE OF THE 5 people complaining about wait time, front desk told me without even looking at me, JUST GO GRAB SOMETHING TO EAT. I had to walk out. The doctor has no respect for patients time. I was a first time patient, so happy I left.

Excellent Services, Dr. Stella is very much professional and always listens patient very carefully. She has treated me with respect and almost fix my A1c at normal. She even gave me her direct line to discuss Diabetes situation.

My mother waited 2 hours! First they complained that her GP didn’t send her here with a referral and than that she didn’t do a blood test! It was her first time seeing the doctor so how can she know what blood test to have?

It’s the first time that she saw this specialist and she know she had to do a blood test! Just the blood test alone took 45 minutes just cause she had to wait for who knows to finished their chatter!

Awful place!

Horrible staff and waste of time.they front desk is so rude and just busy on their phones. Have no consideration for the patients sitting for hours.
Shut the office down.

The worst attention there is nowhere to sit waiting for attention is almost 2 hours.pity sevice

I wish I could give them 0 stars, specially the lady who does blood work.her nasty attitude and rude behavior, At first she doesn't know how to get the blood and was yelling at me saying hold hold and tried on my right hand, every doctor's office I have been it never happened before I was even told my nerves were shown very clearly so it was easy for them.she was too busy on her phone. Oh and I was sent to the doctor who has no idea what he is doing damn this place is something else.

I waited 3 hours in the waiting room even though I had a long standing appointment scheduled. After the long wait I was told to come back in 4 hours. Horrible service and unprofessional office environment. Would NOT recommend to anyone or subject them to this kind of treatment. If I was able to give them zero star I would!
