Great service and decent rates for shipping out to former Soviet Union.
Very disappointed. People are very polite but the service is poor. I sent my parcel on 13th December, it is 3rd of January they didn't deliver it yet however promised. Evgeniy made a mistake when received an order and I had to pay for his mistake. Anyway they didn't make a delivery, didn't solve the issue caused by their fault. Apologize to the recipient and cover the extra costs because it was your fault. That would be fair enough to change my rate
I called and checked they said that they will close at 6 pm. I said that I’m coming then I came at 5: 55pm
