Atomic Tae Kwon Do is Blaine’s FAVORITE place to be! So far it’s the only activity that he’s stuck with and loves. Dr. Luiza and Master Bart make each class engaging, exciting, and educational for the kids. And it’s so much fun. I would recommend their classes to kids of all ages and abilities.

I always leave class sweating and well worked! Teachers always motivate you to work hard on difficult skills that are good for both health and if you want to just learn something cool to show friends.

My second home for the rest of my life. I have been a student here, a friend here, uke and instructor for the past 13 years of my life. I have learned so many valuable lessons that will benefit me for the rest of my life. The techniques, character and passion built here will always be something I cherish. An amazing place to learn just not taekwondo but many different martial arts and life lessons!

Not only are the children receiving the skill set of martial arts but, the life skills taught as part of the curriculum are priceless. Dr. Luiza and master Bart are gifted at offering their students a safe, fun and conducive learning environment.

I can't begin to express how much I love Atomic Tae Kwon Do. Both of my children have developed so much more confidence and discipline since starting classes there. Dr. Luiza and Master Bart are absolutely wonderful and offer so much support to both the children and families as a whole. It's so much more than a martial arts class. I only wish we had discovered them sooner.

Atomic has become a home away from home, and like family for us - since my older daughter has been attending school here for nearly 4 years. Master Bart and Dr. Luiza provide a great program for the kids to build on. I was truly amazed as my daughter entered the next level how each component learned as little ones were so crucial to their success as they grow. My daughter is so thrilled to go to class twice a week and has not only gained confidence, her physical strength and health is thriving. She smiles, yet focuses all class with the instructors and amazing peers alongside her. I am excited to watch her grow with this school, and would 110% recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding experience for their family.

Instructors are very knowledgable about childhood development and very experienced in helping children overcome challenges, develop focus and confident mindset, which is especially important after COVID. As a parent, I love the discipline and structure in my son's class well balanced with fun, humor of Master Bart, and exciting energy created by other instructors. We love coming to Atomic earlier as we feel welcomed there and the value we receive is much more than physical activity. It is about life skills and values important for life.
