Atrium Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing reviews
13This was my first visit to Atrium Center for Rehabilitation. The front desk personnel was patient and courteous. To sum it up it was a wonderful first visit.
U know 5 Stars doesn't even come close to sharing the wonderful experience of the Atrium.
One of my mother's worst nightmares of being left in a home turned into something sooooo Special,
that she left there in tears from all of the genuine affection she received upon leaving from the staff.
She's been home a few months now an still has pockets of fond memories of how well she was treated.
An for those of u reading this I might add,
that she suffers from dementia.
In closing,
I would also like to mention that I established some relationships there that will last a lifetime,
when my business interests takes me in the area I use it as an excuse to stop by an take in all of the genuine warmth of the staff and i must say that It Feels Good.
May God Continue To Bless U All.
Place is clean. And very friendly. The food is terrible! Pasta, pasta. Don't matter if your diet and health it's bad for. Guess chest to buy an serve
I love it it’s clean my mother always look good when I come I can’t complain keep doing a great job
My first time. I visited 2 loved ones there. Visiting procedure was easy, place smelled nice which is unusual for a facility and most importantly
Both loved ones seemed comfortable and nicely taken care of. Thanks Atrium
It’s always great to see Black Owned Businesses making a great effort to please their customers
I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Patient neglect and abuse is REAL! Understaffing is dangerous!
Its so disheartening that there is no management staff at Atrium between Friday Saturday and Sunday. There are only “weekend charge nurses “ who are not familiar with the system or the residents and genuinely can’t assist you. For the last 6 days straight there has been NO nurse to work the night shift. My loved one isn't receiving their medication on time, suffering through the night and early morning, in distress until the next shift settles. My fear is this will delay their recovery and overall health. I’ll have to wait until Monday to address my concerns. Patient neglect and abuse is REAL!
Let me tell u about this place it's the worse in New York take it from one who knows do not take ur love ones there stay away from this place when u press the call bell no one comes until one hour after when u call to let them know ur family needs help they treat u with disrespect from the nurses to the CNA the state need to go and visit this place the residents r not being treated with respect and u have to be in wet pampers for a long time and they don't have no love for the residents sad
When I walked in I felt a calm peaceful presence from the reception to the persons that work there. Everyone had a smile and a good word. I'd grow old here in another 40 years.
If you want you loved one neglected and begging for help. THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE. Atrium Rehabilitation executive and administration staff lack professionalism and eagerness to address patient concerns. My disabled father was left for 12 hours unattended and not given his proper medicine on time, as a result he experienced serves spasm and extreme pain! He called me at 9: 16AM crying in distress saying he needs help. The emergency was reported to the 4th floor nursing staff on 4 occasions and still no one attended to him. I drove 30 minutes to Atrium Rehabilitation center to meet with Director of Nursing Sharon Seaton who refused to answer any questions regarding my fathers care, took no accountability of the lack of staff and poor care my father received and boldly told I could remove my father out of the rehab facility.
I visited my sister who has been a patient since June 2,2023. She is pleased with the service and Staff. I like the cleanliness of the building and rooms. It is a great environment and have great activities for patients. The staff is accommodating with taking patients to daily activities. Great recreations for all patients. Medical staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Atrium and happy my sister chose it.
Very impressive with the professionalism and caring attitude. My brother look well taken care of
