First off I wanna say patience is a virtue which is something I lack and during my experience with the resplendent Ms Winslet C.at At&t I received exquisite service in reference to purchasing an IPhone 12. She was charismatic, understanding and diligent. As a person experienced in the field of Customer service it doesn’t get any better than her

The guy was rude to call me a sir I felt as if he was being funny because I am not a man. He didn’t even apologize. I never made it a big deal but I really felt violated

Worst customer service. I was there Replacement for iPhone tempered glass screen protector.
Which I purchase the same store. Thy said they don’t have profits for replacing. So they didn’t provide the service for me.
If anyone wants to go this store for replacement service be ready for getting disappoint as long as the current employee exists

Our AT&T rep, Gerorbis, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the upgrade exciting. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for! Ten stars to this location and the team!

Staff is friendly, I highly recommend this location it is always busy but always have someone to help! The managers are great.

Worst customer service ever. They only care about you if you’re going to spend money. The manager was more interested in flirting with her friend than helping me. They unprofessionally dismissed my legitimate issues that I had with my AT&T account and essentially told me to get lost. Don’t expect anything great from going into this store.

I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and needed my phone to be unlocked. I waited for my phone to be unlocked by AT&T so my new service would kick in, but after 3 days I knew something wasn’t right. I decided to go to this AT&T location since I couldn’t make any outbound calls, and the service here was incredible! Within 10 minutes the guy helping me got me up and running, even though I’m no longer an AT&T customer. Would 100% recommend this location! THANK YOU!

This place I dont know what to say.when you go inside, the staff looks at you in surprise, doesn't even bother to say hi, they just ignore you and look at their phone, may be looking facebook.is this co operate or authorized cell phone deler.

WOW, so useless going here. I came here few days ago. The workers are rude and not helpful. I got my issue resolved quicker by contacting them through their costumer service number than going to this location. They didn't know how to resolve it and gave me no solution - at least give me the number I should contact jeez. It's commonsense to provide the information and resource at least if you can't resolve the problem.

I just went the store for pick up a new SIM card, but AT&T store parson did not give me choice to activate new SIN card by myself with new phone. He said he have to activate the new SIM card even without phone by him. So I have to stay without phone service few hours.and last time they try to charge $20 for new SIM card,

Caren the manager who helped me was very kind and helped me in everything I wanted. I have to recommend this place to my friends. Moreover, I even got a great deal on my bill and it saved me money. Thank you

Badly sneaky... Basically they will plunder u. I went there referenced by one of my friends. For grabbing commission the guy works there gave me a phone saying that was a free phone but this is false & utter lie. At & T charging hundreds of dollars whenever the phone supposed to be free. And also I.went to be added with my friends' business lines but that creepy guy opened an individual account for making commission. Lot of skirmishes went on after the faulty job. Kind of criminals these guys are just to cut your pocket. Just thieves... So they can be prosecuted for lying & falsifying and stealing customers' money. Be careful... U will be losing a lot.

Upgraded, mission accomplished. Was easy and quick I was out the door in 20 mins, only thing was that they didn't have the sd card I was looking for and I had orginally wanted the note 10+ but they didn't have the 1TB in stock. But other than that happy with my purchase Thank you!
