AT&T Store, New York NY

Had a good session on my appointment with Arturo good people truly indeed this is the store on 34 St between 5th and 6th

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, he provided great service and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very informative as well as friendly.

I was debating whether or not to upgrade my iPad. On a whim to decided to swing by this location. I’m happy I did. Reps Shane & JT were not only extremely knowledgeable about the products but were highly affable and pleasant to interact with. I will make it a point to have this location as my AT&T home base from now on. I can’t praise their customer service enough.

The whole team at the AT&T empire location have the best customer service. Jillian, Edily and the manager very helpful, super sweet and understanding. I’m so thankful to have have found them! All the best!

I love this store! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Specifically Franciel he is my go to. Whether I have a question about my bill or I want to get a new device he’s on it. I’ve been going to this store for the past 4 years. Don’t see myself going elsewhere!
