I went into this store to buy a new phone today. The manager and this girl had another plan on how I was going to spend my money. Poor senior next to me! The girl Diane with the compound name who is mentioned in previous reviews greeted me loudly as if I were death. She proceeded to ask me (loudly and quickly) if I knew what I wanted. I did. After that she and the manager disappear to the back of the store for 10 minutes. When she came out of the back, she was prepared with the phone, screen protector and case ready to upsell me (corporate, the girl needs her own store). When I told her that my children advised me to get the phone with lesser memory, she quickly said they did not have it in stock. I wanted to buy the phone out right but she told me that the value of my trade in would drop from $350 to $35 because of this. I said okay she doesn't make the rules. At one point words were coming out of her mouth faster than a machine gun as she kept talking loudly at me. The manager sat next to us at the other table. When I walked in him her and another person were on the opposite side of the room huddled at a table. This is when I realized this was an intimidation sales tactic. She didn't like it when I used the phrase "so I am being forced to do what you are saying in order to get the offer" then proceeded to get snappy and explained things she knew I already had knowledge of. It angered me to think of all the people that go in there and feel intimidated, humiliated and shamed into making quick decisions. I get to choose how I will spend my money not you. Like I told you when I walked out of the store and left you sitting there with that 1200 dollar phone before taxes, fees and activation charges. I am going to buy my phone from apple. I know you got mad thinking I wasted your invaluable time, but the reality is that you wasted mine. Because of this experience with Compound name and the manager's tactics, I will forever buy my phones directly from Apple. As for my old phone, I will put that on a mantle in the living room and dust it off weekly. Thanks.

Gilbert H provided EXCELLENT and efficient service to me during my time of upgrading services. He was fun, patient, and answered all of my questions. I love my 13 Max Pro and new Apple Watch!

Nancy, Darianna and Zak were nothing but genuine helping people. I went in with a small but difficult problem and they made it a very easy task! I appreciate their help and kindness! Will definitely be going back to them for any needs!

I been a customer of this store for more than I can remember, Vanessa took care of us and she is the best. I would not go to anyone else.
Very knowledgeable, patient and always got the answers for our questions. Excellent service

I was told when ordering two new iPhone’s that our devices where getting a $1000 credit each. After receiving the new devices and go to drop the old devices off. I was told I am only getting $800. And was told a apology for the difference. And now I would have to pay that $400 for their apologies. And was being accused to being a lier about the subject buy the other associate. Very unfair treatment.

Usually visiting a phone store is as stressful as visiting a car dealer, but all of the associates at this store make my life so much easier. Service is always super fast & my needs are always handled perfectly for my family and I.

Changing providers and getting a new phone is always very stressful for me. Zakary was very patient with my son and I and made sure everything was set before we left. It took a very long time, as it always does, but he was very knowledgeable about the process. When I had numerous questions about the five page bill I received today, Zachary took the time to explain it even though I was frustrated and took off the item I did not ask for.

I enjoyed my visit today I did an upgrade and added a new line. Vanessa took good care of me as always and issue or question I go to her she’s always welcomes me with a smile and ready to get down to business.

Vanessa helped me change my plan and get 3 new phones. Her service was amazing! She helped find us discounts, transferred our contacts and photos, put cases and glass protectors on. She was extremely helpful and kind and insanely patient. I will recommend her assistance to anyone. Thank you Vanessa!

She was a very sweet girl. I asked her about screen protector because the last phone I got (S10) I was told I didn't need one. 3 days later my screen cracked. She brought me different protectors to choose from. I needed help setting my phone up becuase I'm not that tech savvy. The last person I dealt with, Gilbert Hernández, I believe was his name. Was phenomenal. I may have gotten his name wrong. It was a while ago. He was super amazing though. Anyway! She didn't even offer to setup my new phone. I just needed a little help logging in and redownloading apps. I think her name was Stephanie or Jennifer. Something generic. Funny how I remebered Gilbert's name, but not hers. Just called the store to verify his name and it was Gilbert.

I had the best experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nancy, in particular was very helpful to me. I was helped as soon as I walked in and she answered my questions and helped me with my issue right away. I will never visit another location now that I have found the ONE

1st Time Visiting AT&T store (Newburgh Towne Center Store, 1431 Route 300, Newburgh, NY. 12550). See Store Representative Vanessa, She's was Great for a Newbie, that I left 1 of their Competitors (T-Mobile of 15 years) and perks. 5G services is great, so far no issues. Looking forward to Being a Long Term AT&T Costumer

Zak was amazing and extremely helpful. He helped my family open a new phone plan, and even got my grandpa a phone that was perfect for him! I highly recommend this at&t as well as Zak

Overpriced my bill has errors no one wants to help correct it as they do not earn commission to do so.

Better service, better prices, and no contract with spectrum PERIOD️
