AT&T Store, Bronx NY

My friends and I came from Europe and came in this AT&T store at the end of February 2023 to buy sim card with internet so we can use it while in the city. The lady who worked there said the only acquirement for the sim card to work is that the phone has to be 5G, one of the friends had a 5G phone and we made a purchase. The lady helped putting the sim card in his phone but it didn't work. We spent 20 min trying to figure it out and after not succeeding we asked for the refund, which was denied and we were told it wasn't possible. When we got back to our hotel we connected to wifi and in 10 min we found a list of phones that were compatible with that type of AT&T SIM card and ofcourse none of our phones were on that list. How hard is it to teach the workers to do their job? Why did we have to throw $50+ for nothing? Anyway, 2 stars and not 1 because the lady was nice however didn't properly know how to do her job.

Tamava was super helpful with my upgrade. I walked in with old phone and walked out with a new working phone with files properly transferred and accounts synchronized. She answered all questions and helped with sending old phone to ATT. The experience was seamless and smooth. Highly recommend!

Aaron was a true pleasure to deal with. I came in to replace my phone and service from another company. After receiving such great customer service, I came out with Direct TV Streaming as well. He took the time to explain pros and cons and he totally convinced me to get Direct TV with his knowledge and expertise. Love AT&T and their team!

The At&t rep. Paola had guided me through the purchase of a new device through trade in professionally. I am very satisfied with the service offered by her. Tamara, another At&t rep, was very professional when I needed the replacement of a SIM card in the attempt to troubleshoot my old device. You both have my gratitude.

I came to this location after the store on E. 170st messed up my account. I was greeted by the store manager Kianie R.who assured me she was going to take care of my issues. Not only did she rectify my issue she also transferred all my data from my old device to my new one. While transferring my stuff we spoke about many things including at&t products we need more knowledgeable, passionate individuals like herself. I will definitely think about at&t tv services.

The service representative, Manny, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I liked doing business with him. The experience would have been better if I had been offered a chair to sit in during the transaction.

Horrinle customer service or lack there of from Ari or whatever his name is. Incredibly arrogant and unhelpful in every way possible. Trash service. I’ve never experienced such dismissive behavior at an AT&T store before.

Got my new phone and the service was beyond excellence. Ari was great and worked to make my visit a success
