Back in October my fiancé and I went to AT&T to upgrades our phones and add two new lines and the sales associate Nina was wonderful helping us adding new lines and assisting with the upgrades unfortunately something was lost in a communication and we had to go back and figure out why we had two bills instead one and no one helped that great with the first visit. We go back in today and Nina was working and again she provided beyond wonderful service! Helped settle everything make sure it all went through and didn’t stop till everything was set in stone and everyone was happy. She is definitely the person I will continue to go to with questions and help in the future. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are set with everything and satisfied! Next time you go into AT&T ask for Nina, I promise you you will not be disappointed!
