(I DON'T LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT.) The manager at this CORPORATE STORE was not interested in getting involved in or hearing about a transaction he didn't handle. Let's see if the district manager will listen. It's called customer service plain and simple.
Manager Melinda C.went above and beyond in assisting me with a complex transaction that needed to be completed in coordination with various ATT Departments. Thank you.
I hope I can find a way to provide this feedback to the actual store, but for now I'm putting it here. I went in today after my phone was stolen and was visibly upset as soon as I walked in. Jose greeted me and immediately jumped into action to help me resolve it, while also reassurring me that the photos and videos of my recently deceased fiance would not be lost forever. He was not fazed by a random woman crying in his store, he was just ready to do whatever needed to be done to help me out. He was incredibly kind and patient, and provided quite literally the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen. So, thank you, Jose, you made a very frustrating and emotional situation much better.
We had originally gone to the ATT store on Central Avenue in Colonie NY and were greeted with MONUMENTAL INDIFFERENCE by the two young men staffing the store. I don't think I have ever encountered such terrible customer service.
We left and went to Balltown Road and José hit it out of the park. He was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Deanne and jose did and excellent job because of them fixing my account issues I will stay an at&t customer both of them deserve allot of credit for actually fixing my account which phone customer service couldn't get done properly
