Initially had some issues with AT&T service locking us out of phones but Fahad and Huz were very helpful in assisting with a transfer of accounts and fixed our problems.

Went to trade in my phone and got horrible customer service and gave me the run around on how the system was down while he was on a personal phone call

Customer service is gone. I went to this place yesterday. The guy working was helping another customer. I received no acknowledgement of me even being there. I sat in the black chair by the worker and I still wasn't spoken too. I waited 10min before I spoke. I wasn't looking to cut in just looking to be acknowledged.

Fahad, is a professional and caring AT&T employee. He transferred all my information from my old Verizon phone did the job that should have been done by the irresponsible people who sold the phone to me at Costco wholesale store in Riverhead. Thank you and God bless you. I recently lost my father had to deal with a lot and needed to get all my info into my S23 Ultra. FAHAD took the time to made it happen. I went in their with a bill of $250 not only saved me money on my monthly bill got me a brand new galaxy s 23 and lowered my monthly bill will be referring all my family and friends not going to any other at&t store ever again. Bani is the best

Went to the Att store Great customer service was provided and I am satisfied with my experience. I was helped by Fahad and AJ they treated me very professionally.

I went to ATT in Independence Plaza about a week ago; my phone had started to not work, utilize cellular data and nothing would load. I met with AJ (store's manager) and he was phenomenal. Incredibly informative, patience, attentive and kind. He was relentless with trying to solve the issue I had, informed me on my current plan and how I could upgrade to a newer phone, and was able to fix my issue. Now my phone runs perfectly, swift and fast. If it wasn't for his hospitality and service, I dont know if I'd be satisfied with ATT but because of him specifically, educating me on how the service works, I will always go back. Thanks AJ! You're the man, a prime example of how the head of a store should be ran. If anyone has any questions regarding their phone or plan, check in with AJ and the Selden store.
