AT&T Store, North Syracuse NY

I went to AT&T to talk to someone about possibly getting a new phone. I have had poor experiences at other stores in the past, but not today… Wade was amazing, and made everything so quick and easy for me to understand. He was friendly, and made the process as simple, yet helpful as possible… this man deserves a raise for what he does, and I will be coming back here for my phone (other electronic) needs:).

The young lady that waited on me was knowledgeable, fast and she had fabulous customer service skills. I believe her name is Maya, but not sure.
She is certainly a treasure for her manager, ATT and all customers!

Wade was amazing! We went into 3 att stores, and he was the first person that actually took the time to help us. Not only was he super helpful, he handled my grumpy husband with class and charm. We were upgrading 4 phones, which is not an easy task, when my husband asks a question every other minute. I would definitely go back to specifically deal with all my business needs with Wade. Thank you for making the experience an easy one during the busiest time of year.

Great experience upgrading multiple lines with Zach. I had previously stopped by a different at&t store and been quoted a higher price by someone who did not seem to care much or know what they were doing. Zach was excellent, knew the ins and outs of everything and explained things you wouldn't know to ask about. He also got the best deal for me that I was hoping for.

In general, when upgrading phones, be aware of the upsells. This will happen in every store with every company. They can be beneficial depending on your needs, but go into the store knowing your priorities.

Wade was amazing! We came in for a hard question and he easily solved it and then went further. He was able to tell us about a deal that was a huge help to get us set up with a new phone. He then sat with us for almost an hour during the whole setup process. We have not had a good experience at AT&T for years and this sales associate changed all of that! He was friendly, patient, helpful, and very intuitive to how to better help the customer. If you need anything done well and right go see Wade!

Myia offered excellent customer service. The whole staff was friendly. The music playlist also made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable as the technical issue was straightened out.

I came here to check out some of the plans that I was considering and learn about new phone promotions, and I had to write a review because it was such a great experience. This was the first time I visited this location at North Syracuse and one of the employees helped me out. Wade was amazing! Not only was he patient with me, but he was extremely informative and knowledgeable about all the products and plans.

I haven't made a decision yet, but kudos to AT&T and Wade for being so well prepared. Wade also performed a magic trick with his business card before I left. Went in today with my mom and sister looking to switch over from Verizon because our bill was through the roof. Wade was BEYOND helpful and exceeded all of our expectations, getting us the best price (which was lower than the quote we had gotten calling in!) upgraded my sisters phone to the new iPhone 15, answered all of our questions and even gave us a little magic trick with his business card lol! If you’re looking to switch over, do it, and if you want someone knowledgeable, definitely see Wade!

Over the phone support is eventually going to fade to either complete bots, or more overseas remote workers who while they try their best, will struggle to help you with the most basic questions.
