AT&T Store, Victor NY

Court, Desiree and Joel at the Victor location are outstanding. If they can fix a issue, they will! I have had my business account with AT&T for over 15 years, they have been very helpful either fixing something or adding additional lines, etc.

Court, Deserie, and Joel were absolutely amazing. I left my original store (canandaigua) for good and will be visiting this store any time I have issues. Their customer service was amazing! They care about their customers! The woman that works in canandaigua was trying to make me buy a new phone plan with a brand new number just to hit her numbers for the day, and that was so unnecessary. On top of that, she was trying to get me to go to Walmart or Tmobil to buy a SIM card and that’s when I realized that what she was doing made no sense. I called Victor location and they took care of everything for $700 less and, guess what? I still have the same phone number! I would give this place a 10 star if I could!

Joel was very accommodating as I came in with my 2 kids looking for 2 phones! Thanks for being so nice, helpful, and patient!

Stopped in last night to replace a lost phone. Joel was super helpful getting my new phone set up and all my data transferred from my old phone. Even helped me pick out a case I wasn’t planning on buying! He was super knowledgeable and personable and made the whole experience smooth and painless!

Joel and Desiree are awesome! Joel was great to talk to while my phone was transferring over. They both really care about the customers and will do whatever they can to help you! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Joel Casilio helped me out with a new iPad and upgraded phone for my wife, all the while my kids ran circles around the store. Great staff, great deals, will certainly be back for the next go around. Would also recommend anyone looking for new or upgraded service visit these guys. Court was also a big help.

I visited this location recently to see if there was anything I could do to reduce my monthly bill as I am on a fixed income. The young lady who was helping me was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. There was a man (maybe a manager) who inserted himself into our conversation and was extremely rude and dismissive to me. I give the young lady 5 stars but the rude man gets a big zero! I will not utilize this location again.

Desiree gets 5+ stars! If you go to this location, please ask for her. She is amazing-knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly, all while helping us to navigate the purchase of new phones. Our experience with her was exceptional. The reason I gave four stars is because while in the store, I had to listen to the Manager, Court Sturdy, completely berate, embarrass and destroy any shred of dignity and confidence of a young, male employee in front of his customer (a man who actually seemed to feed into this atrocious behavior by piling on). I believe this was a misguided attempt to be a training interaction, but I have never witnessed a manager treat an employee like this in private, let alone in front of the customer, and other customers in the store. It was impossible to ignore. Working in a customer-facing retail environment any time is HARD, and at the Holidays it is that much more challenging! They work long hours and have to know a great deal about the products and all the promos going on. Employees should be treated with patience and respect by everyone, especially by their managers. If the store was not busy and Court had not started interacting with another customer, I would have relayed all of this to him personally-in front of customers and his employees-so he could know how it feels. Patience, kindness, respect-practice it! You have great people working there and they should be trained, encouraged and rewarded for their efforts if merited. Every professional was once a novice, Mr. Sturdy. Once again, my thanks to Desiree for her wonderful service.

Hi I was very satisfied with my experience today at AT&T manager was very knowledgeable and helpful he was training a new Employee and was very patience and professional! The New employee was very nice and very excited to learn and help clients.

Desiree was amazing, helped get 2 phones set up and working before we left. What a great experience, after a horrible one at another store.

Court spent 2 hours helping my elderly neighbors with activation of 2 new iphones. With the new ios17 update we encountered numerous issues, delays and throughout the whole process, Court wouldn't relent until the new phones were working. He is a class act and we are forever in his debt. Absolutely amazing!
