AT&T Store reviews
13This is not an AT&T store. This is an authorized dealer and they have no idea how to fix anything with your device. They don’t even know how to sell you a device. They pretty much call customer service for you and have you speak with them on the phone to make any deal or to troubleshoot an issue with your device where you end up scheduling your device to be seen by a real AT&T tech via real store or mail-in. Don’t waste your time. This is why you barely see anyone in there. Read the sign on the door. Not AT&T. Just an authorized dealer. They even charge you to activate your device when all they do is call customer service for you to do it on your own.
If I could give zero I would. I walked into the store on 12/7/2023 to get a replacement SIM card for my existing phone. I have an active account and phone number, I literally just needed a replacement SIM which I have done before with excellent service and courtesy (Kudos, Myrtle Ave AT&T). I was told by the young man and woman before I could even explain, "The activation fee is $30. " For what? I have had this done before and a replacement is $5 which if there is a coupon can be waived making it essentially free. They proceeded to tell me they were an authorized retailer as if I had a jailbroken or - stolen - phone (that they never asked to see by the way). I walked out and directly to Myrtle Ave location where I was given again excellent service AND a replacement SIM for $5. With a coupon. Again, free. They suck. So what were you going to do with my $30? Get lunch? I was in the Christmas spirit so I did not go back with my "authorized retailer" receipt. As it was intellectually explained to me, there is no reason the service I requested should be that price. They don't need anyone to tell them how to do their jobs. But if you gonna do it, do it right.
I had to get a broken phone upgraded today and worked with Desiree - she was so kind and helpful, the store was clean and comfortable, and I just walked away feeling great. I am so glad I went to this location and worked with her!
Ayush is really helpful guy here and this branch provided amazing service because of the hard working employees. The experience here really made my day.
I came to thid store looking to port number from metro pcs and Carmen was amazing! The process was fast and easy highly recomend this store.
This store uses shady business tactics to increase their bottom line by outright lying to their customers. I was being helped by Carmen Ortiz who told me insurance is REQUIRED when buying a new phone but it is NOT. I've confirmed this on ATT's website and with ATT support. If you bought insurance through them because they misled you then cancel immediately.
I went to the store a few days ago and the store was EMPTY literally NOBODY, no manager, no sales assistant, not even a person there. It’s bad for business.
One star for answering the call, really terrible customer service with the new worker, I have had this service for two years and she did it with Mitzy who even gladly gave me the payment or purchase or any concern that was so nice, now any question What do I have or want to solve? The only thing they know how to say is call 611, nothing more, they are only interested in selling.
DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE if you did, check your At&t bill and check your credit. A few months ago I went into the store to upgrade my phone and I heard a short chubby guy, I think it was the manager, on the phone saying how the old manager was stealing customer information, activating extra lines on customer accounts, etc As it turns out, this is not an official At&t store and is owned by a third party. They are taking advantage of our mostly immigrant neighborhood because people don't understand the laws. If you had problems, contact 311
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE if you did check your bill from At&t and check your credit.

Carmen and her colleague saved my life the day after my phone was stolen-so patient and efficient! Thank you!
Weirdly enough, due to my previous experience with at&t i thought my experience wouldn’t be great when coming here, but i was happy with the attention i got here as well as the knowledge and professionalism of the personnel here.
Mitzy Lozada was a fantastic help helping me replace my very broken phone. She was patient, informative, and a pleasure to work with.
I found exactly what I was looking for, and she got me on my way quickly. Will be back in the future!
This shop was amazing! I was looking to port my number over from another carrier onto a new plan, and Rahul and his team made the process easy. They did all they could to make the switch affordable. Highly recommend coming here for all your AT&T needs.
