Aubuchon Hardware, Gouverneur NY

My daughter rented the cotton candy machine and cleaned it to the best of her ability, and didn't get her deposit back because she didn't disassemble the motor and clean it better. This should be specified with instructions on taking it apart and putting it back together. Not sure what's involved but I wouldn't think the average consumer should be taking the machine apart then be responsible for not properly reassembling.

The manager was so sweet, even at 7: 30 in the morning. I bought a mum that I couldn’t pick up (I have a bad back.) so he picked it up for me and carried it to the car. The lady that works there had a great attitude and pleasant personality. Love this place.

As usual, I am going to have the best fed, fattest birds that love the food I get for them from Aubuchon Hardware. Not only are the folks who wait on me helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, they carry the heavy bags out to my car for me which is something great for folks who have trouble lifting and carrying heavy items. I love going shopping and being so satisfied.

Upon walking in the door, I was happily greeted by the young man. I was in a rush so I didn't want to 'search' for my product I was looking for. I let him know I'm in need of 100 ft.clothesline. He took me right to the spot I needed. I actually purchased other items in that isle as well. Nice clean store and very friendly, helpful employee.

Never have a bad experience there. They are always friendly and helpful! Dustin waited on us and he was very friendly and accommodating. We always go there.

It's one of the best places I've found up here that sells the right product in store and a little cheaper compared to what I've been paying online.

I am always greeted when I come in the door, friendly staff and Ken is an amazing Manager. Very personable and I am always shown where the item is when I shop our local Gouverneur, NY store.
