Wonderful experience, Jessica was patient when interacting with my 95 year old mother. It is her first experience with a hearing assistance device and she was extremely nervous. Jessica put her at ease and was quite attentive to her concerns. The options were clearly explained and upon selection, a detailed note interactive demonstration on how to use the device was provided. We go back next week for a check-in and further operational information.

I highly recommend this business if you are in need of hearing aides.

If you need a little help and don't need the Audiologist, you can ask Jazmine at reception and get the quick fix you won't get if you buy on line. Friendly and helpful! The new tip that goes in the ear works great. Thank you Jazmine and for thinking I might need an extra if one is lost over the weekend.

Great staff, right to the point, helped me get the hearing aids of my choice. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and it was a very friendly place. I felt at ease and relaxed.

I was advised to see anyone at the receptionist desk to assist meet with concerns about utilization and updating my hearing aid equipment, ie.aid batteries, adjustments. I was seen by Jasmine, Mgr. She was extremely patient, informative & knowlwdgeable about the technological aspects of my hearing aids and most importantly, the physiological and psyschological effects of hearing loss/deficiencies on individuals, especially the aging population (me). Not only was she informative and personable, she also stayed overtime to assure my cancelled transportation needs were met. This is what I consider "Quality Services"!
