Glorie front desk admin was great on getting me in the same day. Dr Lauren Capua was great on checking my hearing and her explanation of my problems were good she also removed some ear wax and now I feel great

My husband and I have both obtained hearing aids from this establishment. The attention of the doctors is outstanding. They service the hearing aids right in their offices and do an excellent job at that. We would both highly recommend doing business here.

It isn't easy to adjust to living with hearing loss but I must say that I lucked out when I met Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Fulman. Both are top-notch doctors who genuinely care about their patients. They provide expert care as well as the latest technologies. Their office is very well-run and efficient by a staff that is equally competent and caring. I'm so very grateful that they are my audiologists.

I needed to schedule an emergency appointment and they got back to me within minutes! I emailed after hours and was able to schedule a next day appointment. Dr. Fulman was kind, personable, and quick to resolve my issue. Highly recommend this practice.

We love our experience with Dr. Zhanna. She knows how to approach children. Very professional office. No long waits- which is great plus nowdays. We hope we won't need to come back, but if we do- that would be our first choice.

My son was born with severe hearing loss and is finally just now getting hearing aids at 2. Because we went elsewhere. They couldn’t help us at audiology Island. He is a complex though. So if you have a child who’s medically complex I don’t recommend this place. In general I would not recommend this place for babies. Better off going to Brooklyn jersey or Manhattan.

At audiology island they had us going in circles with ENTs regarding fluid that didn’t exist, they were in a bit of denial regarding his hearing loss. I was told we won’t need sign language and it’s silly to persue it cause he has some hearing… ASL is the best thing that happened to us. Unaided for two years ASL is our only form of communication now. ASL helped us when the audiologists couldn’t. I’m glad I found other resources, that better suited out needs.
