Found this website, read all reviews, got all the details about Mercedes and called. Wanted to make sure I'm buying good car from good company. They set me an appointment with menager Sam who was very polite and told me everything I needed to know about the car. Price was the same as one I saw on website and paperwork went pretty well. They do business on very professional level.

Similar to many other reviews - one month later and I still don't have my second key OR my GPS/Nav satellite chip for the car I purchased. No one calls back, no one answers voicemails, I'm basically stalking at this point with little avail. When I do get someone on the phone, they promise to "look into it and call back", but never actually do. Ran my credit twice (two hard hits) without asking, multiple items listed on sale sheet missing from the car. Buyers please beware.

Came in to test drive multiple vehicles, and was put into multiple cars. Wasnt given a limit on how many cars i could drive and fell in love with acouple. Brian and sergio both assisted me in finding the right one and answered every possible question i had and more. I was satisfied with how i was treated and how busniess was done. These guys are in the busniess to not only sell you a car, but make you a life time customer.

Worst customer service ever, guy is very rude over the phone. They only have one sales rep and he is horrible. Very rude, catches an attitude with you. And on top of all that you call regarding a car, show up and the car magically is sold an hour before you got there

These guys will make you go to the dealership and then they start charging you different pointless fees. I suggest you stay away from, and if you go the guy you should try to talk to is ONLY Jimmy

Worst dealership don't waist your time coming here a bunch of scammers they told I'll be paying a higher amount for a few months and after I would be able to refinance to get a lower payment but they keep giving me the run around I'm paying more money for my 328i then my brother 335i the finance department is a joke

Sold Me A Crashed Car Not Only Crashed But Transfer Case Needed Replacement Which Cost 800$ For The Part Alone, Don't Go Here! Told Me Come Back For Trade But I Will Never Go Back There! Horrible

Buyer beware. This "used car dealership" posts one price on line, but if you decide to pay cash they add thousands more. An experience that defines "used car salespeople". Would not buy a car from them, plenty of other dealers who don't use teaser rates and who properly advertise the sale price with footnotes or clarification. The "salesperson" then developed an attitude once they heard I wasn't willing to finance it.hmm, wonder why that is?

This is the worst place scammers ever i was looking to lease a car then they told me to put 200$deposit so i did then later i found out i was not interested anymore so i call back they always give me an excuse that the person who does the process to give my money back is not there its been like 6 months they always have a diffrent excuse they dont give back your money they are nasty liars do not come here they steal!

I had a great experience buying a bimmer here. Carlos was dope- chill, professional and very clear in communicating. Also, great experience after my purchase. Car's runnin new even a year later. My boyfriend bought a BMW the day before me at another area BMW dealership and we agreed the customer service and knowledge at Auto Gallery was far better. Everyone was highly professional, timely with communications, and friendly and helpful.

Horrible! Sales help was like they were doing us a favor. Its the first time I've bought a car and not received a full tank of gas. It had 1/4 of a tank when we picked it up. Battery in the car went dead after a week! Extra key and GPS chip was NEVER sent. Do Not recommend this dealership at all.
