My fiance and I had an amazing experience. First with purchasing the car with Dave, he was so nice and personable! About a month into driving the car, our check engine light came on. Naturally we were very nervous but they got us into the service center within a couple days.the service center was small and had a lovely waiting room. The woman who checked us in was so kind. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and we didn't have to spend a penny! Thank you all for your great service, I will recommend to anyone who needs a car!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTO OUTLETS.
When they sell a car, they stand behind good vehicles and don’t stand behind vehicles that have problems. That’s not the way to do business.
In May 2023, my nephew and niece bought a car from Auto outlets. They paid $16,900 for a 2015 Chevy traverse with 85,000 miles. They drove it home to Syracuse, New York called the dealer to tell them the check engine light went on. They brought the car back. The service department made a repair and said it was fixed. They drove home and the same problem occurred.
They wanted the car. They liked the car. The same problem happened again. After additional repairs, they were told the problem was fixed. They brought the car home and the check engine light came on again. Engine misfire.
After additional trips to the dealership, 100 miles away, they begin to work with local mechanics. Same thing, mechanics looked at it said we think we have it fixed and the same issue occurred.
Yesterday, we requested they take the car back and be fair. They offered a wholesale price of $10,500 for a car that was originally purchased for $16,900. Not including sales tax, they would’ve lost $6400 for seven months of driving a vehicle.

Bought a car from them at a good price compared to the rest of the market. At first I had a car key issue but they took care of it and the car has been driving decently for over 2 months now.

I had a wonderful experience at Auto Outlets of Canandaigua. Herb really took the time to go over our needs, research available cars, and get us into the best possible fit for my teenage son. We were able to test multiple cars, sometimes more than once. His patience was incredible and he provided the right insight into helping us make the best choice. Herb continued to be patient and very helpful in getting all of the necessary documentation situated with insurance and registration. Lauren Gabriele was amazing to deal with. Very responsive, knows the products, and very knowledgeable about the industry. I bought a Tesla 3 from Lauren and it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The other team members there seemed to offer help and support when needed. Would recommend and buy a vehicle from Lauren again!

We bought a car in July and less than a week later the transmission went. They did make it right and we were able to exchange it for another vehicle, which we are very happy with. However we had purchased a $3k+ warranty which was supposed to be refunded. It’s now late October and we are still waiting for the check. We won’t be buying another car from them.

Best car purchase experience I've had in 40 years. Our sales associate, Austin, was top-notch; knowledgeable, patient, sincerely interested in being helpful from start to finish. He even delivered the car 90 miles away on a day's notice and drove away our trade in. The car is pristine and in excellent working order, and the price was attractive. Strongly recommend.

I'm sorry to say I've had to change my rating. Two months into having the car we starting noticing it was eating oil then found out we are going to have to put a motor into the car. I'm not saying they new about this when they sold us the car, I hope. But just a little digging on the car, which I do think you guys should do, I found out there was a lawsuit against the company for that particular problem with the car. They agreed to fix the problem for anybody who owned the car up to a certain date, which of course we are passed that now, so we will not be receiving any help from them. But that means the previous owner was aware and did nothing and sold the car to you (auto outlets). So here we are having spent almost $10,000 (which is nothing to sneeze at) on a car from your dealership and having to try and come up with another $9000 for an engine. This sucks and there is nothing we can do about it!
