Auto Sound Security & Tint, Rosedale NY

Very courteous staff. They installed a new sound System in my Yukon XL while I waited. I would recommend them highly. Very Profession atmosphere.

Avoid this place at all cost if you can. Absolutely terrible customer service and faulty work. They take zero accountability it clearly shows they do not value their customers and are not willing to go the extra mile in making them satisfied. These people faulted my car two times in a row and did not want to give me a refund told me “its not our company fault” I’d give them a zero rating if I could. They need to be shut down there’s too many bad reviews

Got my tints done a few months ago and brought it back due to bubbling and tearing and the manager Daniel wouldn’t replace it due to a computer issue on their end after paying more than $500 and wouldn’t replace them for me. Terrible customer service don’t recommend coming here go to the one on Rockaway, customer service on Rockaway is 100% better.

I like their work I just wish they asked me what tints I wanted they just assumed I wanted a factory set one and I wanted a darker one so I paid for tints I didn’t really want. I’ll definitely go back though they do great work! Just wish someone answered the phone more can never make an appointment no one answers the phone!

Stay away from this shop, the have no idea what they doing. They needs to be shutdown asap for lying and doing shady stuff!

Worst place to do music and tints. Take your money else where I had a bad experience and know a few who said the same.

I would 100% recommend this place. They installed my starter and my car alarm for a low price, which is hard to find nowadays. The quality of the system is amazing. Additionally, the staff is polite and professional. Thank you!

If you need to have an after market radio installed I would avoid this location. $200 for an installation done improperly. I went there with all the components needed to install the after market radio.iDatalink proper harness for my vehicle after installation drivers wheel controls don't work backup camera not working Mic isn't working. I had this exact setup in the dodge I was driving the day before. So I know what the end result is supposed to be. Clearly the person that worked on my vehicle didn't know what he was doing. Save time and money avoid this place.

Went to fix a problem on the alarm they installed and was no help also did a very bad job didn't even install the alarm on all the doors three times cam back for help no help excuse is call the company

They will destroy your vehicle. Improper install then want to up charge you for the mistake they created. My wood dashboard was cracked and the radio couldn't even be install
If your a professional you would of know the radio wouldn't fit before install. All about the money. Red flag

This place is the worst. Their to take your money but when you have an issue hey don’t want to hear it. I while there, there were 3 other very unsatisfied customers. Screaming at them telling them why they didn’t fix their car repair their vehicle correctly. I don’t recommend this place if you see another place where there’s a lot other place near here use them do you not I want you to not use this place! The manager is very vinyl tile very violent very under understanding does not care about the customer only cares about collecting that money. Go somewhere else.

They tinted my car windows and installed my sound system like real professionals. I am grateful for a platform like this where I'm able to rate a company base on their performance and my voice can be heard. I gave five stars this time around because the service I received showed that the company have their customers' best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend sound system installations and window tinting at this particular location; excellent service, thanks again!

Very unpleasant experience. Dropped my car off at 11am for an auto start and was told it would be done by 3pm. I was then told that it would be ready by 7pm. When I arrived, my vehicle did not have anyone working on it. When asked, the manager said that the person who was working on it left and “with cars there are delays”. This is understandable, however I called at 6: 40 and he said to come at 7. His demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. It is almost 8pm and my car is still not finished. Poor customer service. I would not recommend coming to this location. I would never come here again. Go some place else to get your car serviced.

Professional people did work on my vehicle and fixed some technical issues by spending extra few hours and not charging additional money.

I do not recommend coming here for window tints. I came here to do my 4 door windows about 2 weeks ago. It looks like this guy that did my car windows is now learning how to tint. And their prices is way too high, especially for this kind of sloppy job they do. I wasted my money coming here. See for yourself.

Sold me a cheap 60 radio for 350 dollars do not go here horrible customer service they don't care about nothing but money
