All I have to say is this was my first time in a dealership or even buying a car and I have to give it not only to auto Lux but mainly Rod he was amazing he made this process so easy and relaxing he deserves all his flowers and he was very patient and kind one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and had all thanks to Rod and AutoLux

I purchased my car from Auto lux in Elmont, ROD was my salesman and he was awesome he took his time and explained everything to me thirdly I'll definitely be returning for all my future vehicles.

The price you post and sell should be the same whether you pay cash or finance.

Shady business practices!

1. Their listed price for cars is AFTER they assume you'll put 20% down. Be careful, they don't list the full price of the car

2. I specifically called a few days before driving there to ask about dealer fees. Emily specifically told me they have zero fees. When I got there, I learned they charge $3000

The listed price of the car was $21k. After 20% upcharge and dealer fees, they were asking for $29k (before DMV fees and sales tax). They list cars severely under value just to get you in the door and then they begin playing their games. Be careful!

WORST DEALER AROUND! Very unprofessional staff and dishonest. They will say anything in order to close a sell and never keep their word.

This place is an absolute scam. The price advertised on the website represents about 80% of the actual price once you get there. First they will tell you you must finance the car, then they will tell you that there are additional “Dealer fees” That were not included in the advertised price, they pull every trick out of the book. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste one minute going out to this place to see a car that is advertised as a great price, it’s a scam!
