Autoworld Kia, East Meadow NY

Went to trade in a vehicle, was brushed off. Told to go home and they would call me. I was lied to about a credit report for some odd reason. My cousin came along to purchase a vehicle and the gentleman Al Harris who was "taking" care of us did not want to run any numbers for my cousin so instead was throwing numbers at him off the top of his head. I purchased 2 vehicles from them last year and I was very disappointed with the level of service that I have received yesterday. Needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere. I thought the point of a salesman was to sell cars not run customers out of the door.

I made the appointment to come there for oil change from couple days ago, the normal oil change takes less than 30 minutes to be done, there's a reason we make appointment to be there on time for a quick service. I got there on time and waited online for 20 min, then I was told that it would take at least 3 4 hours to be done if I want to wait there or leave the car. That's insane. What's the purpose of making appointments, my time just got wasted.

Joey was our sales person and he was a pleasure to work with. We were able to return a lease and pick up a new vehicle quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend leasing/buying your next car with Joey! He explained everything thoroughly and was very attentive.

The customer service was wonderful. Everyone showed interest in what was going on with me. The salesman was very professional. He showed me exactly what I was looking for right away at the amount of money that I wanted to spend. I’m very pleased with my choice and will recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Salesman Ramon was very nice but the manager was so rude he didn’t wanted to be bothered with us because we weren’t buying today and he told Ramon not to give us the card until ready to buy AND ILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND

Had the most stress-free encounter with Joseph Rossetti in sale. No hassle dealing with this sale consultant. In and out with a car in less than 45min, very happy with the program.lol

Regrettably bought a used car from this dealer. The dealers and "finance officers" here are SCUM. They took a $2000 down payment then took out the FULL AMOUNT of the car cost through financing without my knowledge which they only admitted once I realized days after signing. They also tacked on a $1000 "premier maintenance plan" which the finance officer told me was required to get financing. Go here if you want to get scammed.

I’ve bought a car from a dealership 4 times now. Out of all of my experiences this was the best. I was helped by Terry and he did everything he could to put me in my price range in a new lease. I would definitely buy from here again.

I was pleased with my experience, it started off with an immediate test drive, and found a Car. The only thing that would’ve made the experience better is if i got a little more money for my trade in car, but completely understandable business is business. Greg is definitely Good at what he does.

I found a car i was very interested in. I traveled from Bayshore because this location was the only one they said they had online. I even called to confirm it was there. Got to the location and the car was sold. They dont seem to care about the buyer. Dont waste your time.

Bought a car here about two years ago, everyone was fantastic, it was a seamless, hassle-free experience.
Now, I return regularly for routine maintenance. They do a nice job (some a little friendlier than others, but not rude by any means) and your car is always washed at the end, of an appointment.
