AutoZone, Bronx NY

The store attendants stood outside after the store was supposed to already be open in the loading area. The doors weren't opened until 10 min after the listing time. Customer service was descent but there is always such a long wait and no parking during peak hours.

Pros:
Staff was good.chill, professional for young kids. Try to have your parts number ready. Replaced a Duralast battery with phone #, less than 10 minutes if you don't count waiting in line.honored 3 year warranty, no hassle.

Cons:
Surprisingly busy for a wednesday night. Like a low budget Fast and Furious sequel.
Bring your own flashlight/worklight and tools if you plan on DIY in the parking lot.
Yes they rent tool but takes forever, and the freelance mechanics hang around the parking lot looking for work probably have more, but $$$. Bring gloves, water and paper towels and shop towels.
There's garbage all over place. Food and car parts. I dropped a plastic fastener but it landed in mystery fluid I said eff it, bought a new set because I didn't want to catch hepatitis or the 'rona.
People swap out everything here. I saw seats and shocks/springs in the dumpster.

Worst store I ever been worst customer service, employee are not giving what they are supposed to to help customers n there attitude even worse.not going ever to that store!

Full no parking always actitud they think everyone is going to assault them i have police standing on door because I forgot take my hoodie the weather was really cold plus the front is full with drug addicts

Doesnt have everything in stock but for being the closest autozone its not all that bad, the lines to pick up things can get long though and not that many workers.

This place is great.the parking lot is a little crazy lol. People that works inside is nice and they have security

The parking lot always has someone who claims to be mechanically inclined and offering to help or perform a repair on your vehicle, I prefer to do my own or take it to a shop if its something I can't do,

Ordered was told to wait for parts for over 25 minutes then told computer was wrong the part wasn't available

Got me up n running even if it was a car hose for my semi truck

Very slow, manager had to come in and assist. No cashier for 10 minutes no help on the floor and there were six staff members.

Many auto shop stores have disappeared from the Manhattan side of the city. This one is the closest one in the Bronx, therefore a busy one. Although it has plenty of staff, they are not well organized, there should a better way to improve the flow of customers so that your visit is shorter and less time consuming.

This place is a haven for drug addicts who claim to be mechanics. It's obvious AutoZone doesn't see anything wrong as this helps to bring business into the store. For the surrounding community this is a gauntlet of oil spills on the sidewalk and leaning heroin addicts urinating in a rear doorway on the sidewalk located next to the bus stop. Which is located next to 2 schools. Shame on AutoZone for allowing this to happen on their property! Pictures will be posted soon.

Good pricing when items on sale. Parking and a very helping staff. Always a few freelance grease monkeys hanging around to offer assistance, use at your own risk!
Opens at 7 a.m. Go early place gets crowded long line to pay get info.

They always have what I need and it's close to me The only thing is they need better customer service

Nice place, many hustling mechanics in front of it, i bought rear & front brake pads & got them mounted on my car by the hustling mechanics right outside the store

A little bit slow on customer service for parts and barely any parking for the customers. Also must be careful, do not leave your vehicle doors unlocked.

I had to wait on the same line as someone unsure of what they wanted. I was there for 20 minutes before I got to the register. Then when my item was found in the computer I still had to wait for a manager to sign off on it. The manager was ringing up customer. So I had to wait until the manager finished with her customer which was another 10 minutes. A special line needs to be made for pickups only.

I been going to this auto zone since it open. At first perfect place fast service and good parking. But over the years it got lazy long lines and no parking at most times. Its a back and fourth batter so no your day when its slow. Fri and sat its a battle field

Staff is very nice and helpful when you get they're attention. The register layout is confusing leading people to the wrong line causing them wait twice. It would help if the different lines were labeled especially bring right next to each other.
