I went in to buy a pair of brakes cashier charges me for For a break grease and tells me that it comes with the brakes but when I get my receipt there’s a separate charge on there they are a bunch of hustlers beware
Ok, so i went back to this store just to see if its really want i thought it to be! Got a similiar experience on the sencond try. I might stop by to use the free check engine checker, but other than that, Im taking my business elsewhere. Their checkout lines always with 4-6 ppl waiting longer than the normal, with only 1 sometimes 2 cashier.no one on the floor to help with questions. One tiny door used as entrance and exit. The trap. Ohh, and the overpricing! Tried to get two wiper blades and short arm was 13: 99, longer arm 16: 99. I was tired of waiting around.so i left the items and went to Arch auto parts instead, Got both long and short arm wiper blades for one price of $13: 99.
Terrible have alot of staff working and a long line to cash out all them just looking at you no type of customer service
It's the worst the cashier played games went to the store manager on duty showed no concern for my issue i waited 20 minutes after I spoke to the manager another manager assisted me
Service is very poor the lady assistant manager and the cashier were so unpleasant and not helpful to customers
Terrible will never go back. Store manager would not let me use a screwdriver to open the hood of my car so I could buy power steering fluid.
The customer service at this store is terrible you rely on the manager to get things straightened out but that female manager is just the worst, she argues with customers and does not offer any type of acceptable people skills.ive seen her in action multiple times and wonder how did she make it to the position of manager
This location always seem to be the least organized store. Been visiting for years and the condition of the store and staff are never as it should be. Many common items are most often are not in stock and you'll need to visit another location. Inventory isn't always label with there correct price. Checkout line / parts looks up is not efficient some days you'll wait 3mins other days you'll stand and wait 15 like I did today.
After calling the store and explaining what I need and went to the store it was a waste of my time.
Been there a couple of times so 5 stars says it.
Love the inventory, the workers are always helpful. Sometimes it gets busy, but just be patient and smile. Great experience. I 'll be back and be back.
Poor customer service! I showed the counter person what I needed & still fave me the wrong item.
Friendly staff. Very helpful and nice. It was pretty packed on the day I went. Probably because of the cold a lot of other people were having problems with their car. Purchased a new battery and recycled my old one for a $5 discount

I like AutoZone because it's conveniently located and I appreciate their brakes and battery warranties. However the last few times I went there whatever parts I wanted they didn't have them in stock. Also the attendant wouldn't even assist me in finding the part at another location.
Customer Representative at the store very helpful. I was able to find what I wanted without walking aimlessly around the store.
