Fast, friendly service, directed me right to the part i needed with little information given. Very professional and helpful. Helped me carry my shocks to the car.

It's a miss and the customer service horrible they make you wait in line and they are not doing anything just talking between them

Came for the rods that hold battery in place. Didnt have the ones with the j shape, but the guy was able to bend it to fit so my battery wouldn't jolt around until I got the right ones. He spent about 20 minutes trying to get it to work for me. Was not expecting someone to do so much when they didn't have to.

I will never go back staff was very Rude and lacked the very basic customer service skills.that entire staff should be restricted from workin period.

Best place for parts with inside & outside help more than others. Would send people for auto and more.

Great staff! They are really knowledgeable and right there to help with any questions or concerns you may have. They recommended a part that was actually cheaper to save me money when they clearly could have sold me the more expensive part. I would of not know the difference.
This is a great place that I would recomend to anyone that has limited knowledge on vehicles as they are right there to guide you.

Pretty good customer service, no issues. Clean and stocked. If they don't have an item they will order for you.

Employees are very helpful anytime I come for car problems and try their best to help me solve my problem.

Gave them a $250 battery to charge. They "lost it". The NEXT day they did, after heated arguments, replace it with a new 1. Thats why they get 3 stars.

If anything fails, there is no hassle about replacing the item free of charge, such as an alternator or starter or fuel pump. Am about to purchase a Duralast battery for my 1954 classic car.

I called just to see if they had the auto part that I need in stock. Someone answered, put me on hold for 20 minutes and eventually he just hung up the phone. I called back and they repeatedly picked up the phone and hung it right back up. Customer service is terrible I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great friendly helping staff. In and out quick. Helped me change my turn signal bulb right there.

Service quick, but have to double check part or items to make sure it's correct.they I will give you anything just to push you out the door.
