AutoZone, Yonkers NY

This autozone is located on South Broadway Yonkers very very difficult to park yet they have a very big parking lot few people are in the store itself.

Love this place Jay was so helpful and polite they had everything I needed and if not they can order it for you

Very frustrating experience, i drove to the auto zone in Rye purchased brake lights and tail lights bulbs amongst other things after being told they can install them on site. After being purchased i was told they can’t do it, for me to go to a different auto zone. I then drove to the one in central avenue where they too were unable to put them in and was told to call South Broadway location. The office hours are till 10pm, when i called yesterday at 7pm they told me the people who do it left already.fine i called again today and they can only install it right this second if i stopped what I’m doing to get there because their guys leave at 4 and go in at 11am.when their office hours say 10pm! That’s a 6 hour discrepancy. What about the people who work? I’d understand leaving at 6 but at 4? That’s unrealistic and poor service on their end especially because i purchased my auto parts at their franchise. 3 different locations all over the Bronx and Westchester county and not one could do it? Very disappointing.

Had i known this i would have just went to pep boys or another automotive store to purchase my materials since this was such a run around.

I bought 2 lower ball joints from here that failed on me a few weeks after I had them installed. When I went back to return them it turns out the person who sold them to me only put that I bought 1 onto the system, even though I clearly had 2 boxes when I came back for the return. Of course the employees again were of no help so I ended up losing money, having to buy the same piece again. I explained what happened to a manager at a different AutoZone and he also suggested not to go to this location anymore because weird things like this happen there all the time for some reason. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Auto Zone, anywhere but this place.

On Saturday evening 8/22/20 I went in to find a special type of battery. As I inquired with one of the sales reps, another rep came up and "slammed" a battery on the table. He then asked if he could be of service, and after I reprimanded him for the action, he proceeded to disdainfully slam another battery on the table! He turned out to be the night manager on duty. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Needless to say I walked out of there empty handed and I will never buy from this store again!

Fast service at checkout. Found my relevant parts immediately. Serviceman went to my car and immediately installed all the parts.

Came in on May 18 to purchase a car battery for my Nissan. I called prior and spoke with Jose and he went over all the options. When I showed up to the store I was helped again by Jose and I believe another man who’s name was Jesus. Nice group of guys there and they know their cars. Keep up the great work!

Did not resolve the issue. Instead they fixed my brakes and front routers. The issue was resolved with a right front sensor! By another mechanic.

AutoZone is okay sometimes because some people don't know what they are doing or answer to your question because they don't know

These guys offer a really good service. Came over to get a part for my car. They ran diagnostics and replaced the part for free. Of course the part was easily replasable but they were happy to do it. Good job guys.

The worst, I left with out been help waiting more than 20 min for someone help me out, staff is so unproffessional

Parking, knowledgeable staff. Parts and supplies to keep your vehicle running smooth and clean.

Very friendly, and answered all my questions, and even opened up a product to make sure it was what I needed, thanks for helping

I don't know if it is because I'm a women or what but they never seen to know or help me every time I go to this store.never again

Went in to buy lock nuts for my car first time in the morning, guys was ready to work got in and out, this is the fastest Autozone i have ever been at, my second time here and was as quick as the first.

It's ok for the neighborhood but I think is lacking better management and at least better customer service experience.

For the southbronx, there doing well and a good group of respectful individuals. I recommend doing b business here

I wish I could rate this place 0. Racist stuck up Hispanic people. My given name sounds Hispanic but when they saw I was a white male service went our the window.and they lied about having my part.

They close pretty late for a car part store, which could be a life saver, but you always have to wait to get service even to pay

Horrible customer servive young girl with ponny tail and classes told me to take a picture of my battery in order to tell me if its dammage refused to step out the store to help me
