AutoZone, Brooklyn NY

Website says opens at 8am. I’m outside it’s now 8: 10!
What time does this autozone open? Please help.

I don’t like their customer service because they’re being rude, not polite to their customer service. Let me share my experience, I purchased a car battery from there and request them to replace this battery and take out the old battery. They told me that you have to do it on your own and that’s not our job.

Basic AutoZone chick in there isn't very nice tho. Twice I noticed her avoid customers while I was there by saying she's going to the rest room. Then she did it to me. Then when I went to get a part in the area of the rest room. She was in the corner on her phone. Then comes back to the counter with a nasty attitude. So unprofessional. I won't be going there again. She makes the experience there low energy and unpleasant.

The Quality of the product is wonderful, compared to the salesman, he doesn't give you a chance, to decide what you want, he like a sideshow clown, giving you his view
Without your input, retraining the pony would help who's got the ticket?

BEST AUTOZONE EVER. They are all so helpful especially the employee Zarif khan. I told him I needed blinker fluid and he was able to help me get it and also install it in my bmw too! If you ever need help be sure to look for him because he definitely knows his stuff. 1000/10

I dont usually go to autozone.i prefer arch auto parts.i have known the guys that work in there for years and thats where i usually would purchase parts from if not.i usually get the part from the dealer.as a mechanic.i like to give my customers the option to choose whatever fits their budget.

I needed to replace my rotors that were chewing up my brakes from the salt air. I wanted to try the gold ones that are said to be more rust resistant. I went to the Howard Beach store first. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and called the Utica Ave store to make sure they had stock. The Utica Ave store personnel was also very helpful. Thx guys.

I went there to get a passenger side rear door window motor, they have me ther drug tet side one. Returned ot on Coney Island and N.

Ghetto, slow, unorganized, in helpful rude staff. Only one register open Monday Morning Despite having five random staff members doing nothing. I was told to stand on one line for parts and then told to stand on another line after 10 minutes. Lack of management is unacceptable.

The problem I'm consistently having here is that the street mechanics take up the space with people of disabilities, I cplained about it before and they even have an armed guard but he doesnt seem to be focus on informing people not to park in thw disabled parking space.

Long lines, low staff to customer ratio. Worst of all.customer service representatives are rude.

Purchased a part and asked a light skin freckle face woman with glasses of I have a problem with my part can i bring it in, she just looked at me. LIKE ITS TO HARD TO OPEN YOUR LIPS TO SAY YES OR NO. It's always black people treating their own kind bad. Had other bad experiences here in the past

One of good AutoZone to go to they help you get the parts and now what there are talking about. Some places you go and they don't now what you talking about.

The place is a zoo. The parking lot is full of shade tree mechanics pestering about working on your car. Can barely find a place to pay because they're using the spaces to repair cars.
