Love coming to this autozone, stuff are nice, some may be serious but all professionals and knowledgeable, they do like to help the customers and always helping each other if something comes out. If u have a question about your car, they will defenaky have an answer for you. Thank you guys
I was interested in buying a cross wrench I asked the auto zone worker if the cross wrench was universal he said I bought I assumed it would just fit my lug nuts and it didn’t 36$ down the drain they need better customer service these guys will say anything to just get you out of their faces
I know absolutely nothing about cars. I needed new windshield wipers as mine were a mess. Frank not only looked up which ones I needed to buy, but he then offered to install them as I had no idea how to do it. Whatever you're paying this man double it. He was so professional and helpful couldn't praise him enough. Thanks Frank!
The Manager there at the time, I got a new battery and He came outside and connected it for Me. Excellent, wonderful Man.

Usually I wouldn't say that a late night visit to autozone to buy a car battery was the highlight of my day, but it honestly was. Serissa was truly incredible and helping me navigate every issue and question that I had, and went above and beyond to provide me unmatched service. She's the best and I shall certainly be back the next time I have a car related need.
No customer service, no one helped me when I walked in. Lucky, I knew what I needed. Then check out was slow because of 1 guy (employee) not knowing how to multitask, phone & customers.
This place is great is just like a school to me, I always come here asking questions I get the answer and then I buy a $2 item
I shop at pep boys or advance Auto then if i really need emergency product I go to AutoZone.its overpriced.just go to pep boys on metropolitan ave.go there for a battery charge or test or if you need a check engine light nothing more.
I come here often and today I got the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to return a something that came broken out of the box. The clerk, called me a liar and and was extremely rude and not forthcoming at all.
I would rather let my car break down than to come back here.
Manager is incredibly rude and some of his employees utilize the same attitude. Seriously, they will give you terrible service, it's very much worth it to go to another auto zone or other parts store that will actually care about solving your problems.
I usually visit AutoZone on Saturday, where there are only 2 people working. I was 2nd in line and it took really long to get to counter. I gave 2 stars I should be one. The man I spoke to had only computer knowledge (search parts by car), really? ! There should be sign at counter that "we are only clerks".
Came at 9 am and store was closed! Bad businesss$$$ Then called and was told to hold on "were running late" wonder do I tell customer this when fixing their vehicle? Bad business with this location!
It is always good experience to visit this place. Staff is very good, supportive, nice behaviour. Furthermore, the place is very clean and nice. I loved this place since my first visit. Then onwards I only come here. Must visit on time.
Great parking! Almost always has my parts I need and if they don't have thenlm they direct me to an AutoZone that's does.
Worst customer service ever. I asked the guy a question about fuses and his reply to me was, "I was trained to be a cashier not a mechanic", all while eating with his mouth full of food. He didn't offer any further assistance.
The store manager is a crybaby sentitive and lazy, cries to his buddy the disctric manager when he is told to do his job, he and the distric manager are a disgrace to the company they need to be drug tested
Came in with dead battery and the employees wouldn't help change it or even test the old one. If it weren't for a good Samaritan we wouldn't have been able to replace the battery. Staff was incredibly rude. Go to the advance Auto parts a few miles away if you can.
