12Turned away for not wearing a mask in the store, explain to the manager that I have medical reasons and cannot wear. Manager was rude. After joining a Facebook group for the Rochester area I saw the same post with 45 comments attached about this particular store Guess I wasn't alone with this experience.
It was easy to find the correct headlights because they looked it up for me first, went straight to spot and got them. Then the guy put them in for me too. Great place!
I go in on 10/13/19 and ask for a check engine read. They let me walk out with a tool to read it that hasn't work for me.in the past on my truck. Other guys before who worked here were nice enough to get the loaner one and bring it out to do a read it no problem and it worked. Purchased parts and fixed it. But this guy wouldn't let the employee walk out with the tool to read my truck unless I charge my card to rent it for 2 mins and wait 3 days for a refund. The kid was more than willing but they guy said no. Is ignorance just made me return the parts I just bought for this truck to get ready for plowing $600 worth and I'll take my money elsewhere. I will never shop there again. The only time I will be in there it to exchange parts. Sad he had to treat a customer that way
Randy was very helpful and nice. But the Lady who works at the clerk is very rude & doesn’t know anything about cars & if you ask her questions she will get frustrated easily & proceed to tell you, with attitude, to go ask a mechanic. Will not be coming to this location again
Top notch customer service and always willing to go the extra mile. John the Store manager and his team are very well rounded and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain how things work and are always willing to help even if it doesn’t mean they are going to make a sale. My family and friends go out of our way to visit this location because we know we can trust the expert advice and will be taken care of no matter what! Thank you Autozone!
Managment needs to pay more attention to the fact there employees do Nothing and you haft to ask for help.
I had a great experience at auto zone friendly service and a lot of help. They loaded my jeep with 2 very heavy marine batteries.

I worked with John today at the Greece store on May 5. He did a great job helping out with a problem I had with a evap kit I got online. He new what to look for and what to sell me. He was a great help and very knowledgeable of the parts they sell. Hope he is there more I will be looking for him when i go in for more parts.
I love this place, if your parts aren't in stock they will get them fast. Clean place great prices.
I hit a slow leaking tire and I just stopped in for fix a flat. Good thing I bought two because one was defective and only partially sprayed a little bit in the tire. Not AutoZone's fault they didn't make the cans.
Had an issue with LED dome light not fitting into housing because it was too big. Had no issues returning the bulb, but was given no alternative to this issue. Was told to call the Kia dealership about my problem. I went to Advanced Auto instead, where they were able to find an alternative. Oh and I purchased map lights while I was there:) Manager that did return was no help.
