AutoZone Auto Parts, Brooklyn NY

They have a cashier who knows nothing about cars and does not want to help when you ask her a question. I think they hired her from McDonalds.
First time ever this happened to me, And I have been to many Autozone's through out NYC

Amazing service. Brought in my iron suit to get looked at because the old check engine light was on and Jarvis is obviously offline. Figured I’d get the wiper blades changed on my visor while I was there and a nice little lady helped me out. I believe her name was Nigeria, and when I mean little I mean like ant man little and believe me when I say he’s much MUCH smaller in person. Thanks again for saving the day AutoZone!

The stuff is good, selection is great, inventory updates are terrible.

The manager hopefully will get fired, does not know company’s policies, rude to customers. Other store employees have the same opinion about him as he places orders to other locations without checking if they have inventory to not refund from his store. Formal complaint is going trough autozone hq and hopefully an action will be taken against him.

Pretty sure that employees of this location hate him too by the way they were rolling their eyes back whenever he would take a doughnut his mouth

Their battery tester was not working. They said they can not put the battery in the car. What is the point of being autozone then.

Came to buy some supplies at 7: 30 am on 07/14/2021. At 7: 35 am guy comes to the door to open it, and tells me that the computer is not working. Loved the adventure of driving to the store and leaving empty handed.
My advice, go somewhere where the "computer" is working.

They were very adequate and polite clean and helpful I would recommend them to all my people that have cars

Courteous Service failed to accept Window Wash invitation by stroller guy car wash material on point 1 my many stations for refills keep and eye on line for pay items get long rather quickly whether you're in or out rushed remember to get screws for plates always a monkey wrench may slow you down carry a list.

There was a “$15 mail in rebate if you buy 2 rained windshield wipers” sign. I purchased 2 and when I asked about the rebate Mohammed rips the sign down saying it expired 2 weeks ago and there’s nothing he could do. I didn’t see any expiration date and he could have handled it way better than that. Apparently “customer service” is not his forte as he didn’t have to get nasty about it. He actually should have been apologetic since it’s his job to make sure advertisements are up to date! No worries, you’re not the only store in town. I won’t be back!

They had some of the stuff I needed. When ask to use the restroom they side no due to covid.the bathroom does not have anything to do with covid.

Great location, knowledgeable staff.

Their computer systems know every detail and part that goes into our cars; foreign and domestic.

They always have everything we need for the car and will help install it as well.ie batteries, wipers, etc

Great location. Car repair shops just around the corner. This store has it all. Prices are reasonable.

This autozone is located within a strip mall, it’s relatively small in comparison to other stores. It has most of what you need and offer curb side pickup. If you order for curb side pickup, you can place the order online or call in to give your credit card number. This parking lot does not have EV charging.

Wow, this staff went out of their way to find me what I needed. A little effort is all it takes.

That parking lot is filthy but fortunately they had the headlight bulbs that I needed. The customer service was definitely kind.

Another auto zone. Only one autozoner is very helpful here. He always goes above and beyomd to help customers. His name is josh steur.
