AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
9 I shopped here twice while visiting family and friends and will avoid going back at all costs. Both associates were rude beyond belief—one of them being the store manager. They acted like I was a total inconvenience. Once the associate left the counter to look for the part they didn’t order for me, I turned to the delivery delivery driver and asked, “are they this rude to everyone? ” Unfortunately, he said “yes. ” When Becky managed this store a while back, the place ran like a clock.
Best part is they didn’t order all my parts and I’m leaving for a 1,400 mile road trip.
I get Fulton County isn’t the best place to live, and a lot of people have it rough here. But please, you don’t need to treat people poorly—that only makes things worse. Heading back to St Pete, FL ️️
Called for availability on a part and a tool and the gentleman that answered the phone sounded like it was a bother to look it up.
Asked miserable guy at counter if he would install wiper blades that I bought there on my truck cause I have a broken clavicle…. No.ohh Ok. I thought you guys did. No…. Ok so that’s a no. Yes …. What a nasty human being. Went to Orileys down the road. Of course. No problem.
Thanks for the help with my headlight! Appreciate Frankie getting me back on the road quickly.
I went in just before closing for a headlight bulb and was in and out very quickly. I am a manager for one of the competitors out of state and I felt the need to recognize Rob for coming out to see if I needed help swapping out the bulb. It was minutes to close, dark, and raining, and he came out with a flash light and some tools to see if I needed help because it seemed to be taking a while.
It is easy to get frustrated with an auto parts store because, let's face it, last minute and emergency repairs can be extremely stressful, especially when it impacts our livelihood. But it's important to recognize and appreciate good customer service like Rob showed me. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee that takes time to offer help rather than counting down the seconds until the doors lock. Thank you, Rob!
The service person was not very friendly, was hesitant to assist me with my issues in and out of the store. They acted like they didn't want to be there.
Well I would give a no star review if that was possible but, unfortunately that’s not an option. They treated my father as if he had half a brain. Sold us parts we repeatedly told them we did not need. As well as had the rudest staff off of the face of the Earth. I would never recommend this one stop shop to anyone who is looking for anything car related. Not only did we get many eye rolls but we also were told many times we weren’t listening and did not know anything we were talking about. Go to Advanced AutoParts.at least they care about your well being.
Then going to AutoZone for about 10 years and always happy when I leave then come back again
J. Wicke was an employee that sold me the wrong fluids for my volvo AND charged me for Mobil one parts and gave me carquest!
