Had to get a new battery for my Subaru. The employee, Sascha, was excellent: He helped me instantly, found me a battery for a reasonable price, and put the battery in promptly. He was friendly and helpful. I’ll be recommending this location to others.

I needed the right sized screw to put on my front license plate. Not sure of the name of the guy, but I thought I saw manager on his name tag. He was friendly, polite and made sure he had the right one. He then screwed it in for me. Great service! Will go back when needed.

The customer service here is awesome! I had to change the thermostat on my car…Nick and Sash were very helpful in finding the correct parts and tools! Nick even came out to help reassemble!

Angles still exist. At 930 pm on a Saturday before I holiday weekend someone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I wish I caught his name. Car was low on oil. He told us which oil to get and even put it in the car for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH.you are a life saver! !

Another great place more than accommodating there were going to get me special Parts I needed for my car overnighted turns out the dealer had them so I didn't need to use them but there were more than happy to help thank you guys I appreciate that

My fiancé and I are rebuilding a 1998 Dodge Ram, we have used auto zone exclusively to do this. We have ordered stuff through you and when we come to the store to pick it up our packages have been opened. We’ve bought kits that were missing necessary springs. But this was the last straw. We replaced a sensor, or at least tried to, we’re laying under our truck in the cold rain for a half an hour getting the sensor off just to find out the guy sold us the wrong length! It was off by about 6inches. I swear they hire people that know nothing about vehicles, these people are only there for the paycheck and it shows. I would but zero stars if I could. They wasted our time and our money

The man who waited on me was great. Knew what I needed and made sure I got it. Works like a charm!
