White box parts and inexperienced counter salesman who don't know anything about cars and customers have to do their job for them, if its not in the computer it doesn't exist and customers in the store is an inconvenience to the employees

I was in need as my battery died and had to get jumped. Nick was super helpful- testing the old battery, selling me the new one, and replacing the new battery in my pain in the butt vehicle! Great work! I am so thankful!

I go to the Medina AutoZone every so often. As I have multiple vehicles. Matt the Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. So is few the other store employees. You want home town parts store where everyone treats you good. Stop in there.

Liked it but girl at register didn't listen I td her I wanted a battery for my key remote and she kept trying to sell me a battery for the car I told her I would change the batteries myself she took itvopon her self to try to change the battery and messed up my key to where my car wasnt detecting the key thank God some guy was there that new how to re program my key to my car if not I would of been stranded in the parking lot for a few days!

This store is the best AutoZone around always very helpful and professional the staff is great the parts are good Katie has really good food that she makes and Matt he just has a face that you can't say no to he gets ya everytime he's a whole lotta guy

Can't read codes here. No idea why but they will put wrong engine size to cause wrong parts to cause more Bs

Not enough staff! Took 30 minutes to get brake pads. Staff are only as knowledgeable as the computers they bash on to find parts. Always feel like it’s a bother to wait on customers. Prices are WAY over local competitors.

Usually very helpful and knowledgeable. There are occasions where they may not know, but they will help you find the answer.

Anything you cannot handle Automotive wise this experienced automotive Technician can rectify.
I highly endorse this Garage and take my own vehicles here when I have a issues that surpass my own abilities. I have always been treated very well, do yourselves a favor and become a satisfied customer at a fair price.
