I am a UberEats driver. I delivered a Starbucks order to this store on 12/16/2022 3: 30pm. The customer’s name is “Rin”. She picked up the order and removed $6.16 tip from her UberEats app without telling me. This is a typical tip-baiting. I will not buy any auto parts from this store.

Gave me the wrong part even though I called twice to confirm and gave them a piece a paper clearly written with the part needed! The worst! Don't trust them and double, triple check they're giving you the right part! But the person that helped me the second time, Daniel, was super nice and did his best to give me the right part and discout. Even though the discount barely made a dent compared to my uber fee.

I was delighted with the associate who helped me with my purchase. I actually stopped an employee in the parking lot to see if they had what I needed and he said they did so I made my way inside. I wanted to recognize the kind person who assisted me so I looked at my receipt (for their name) and saw " Sylvia" so I was about to say " thank you Sylvia" until I looked again and realized it said " Sylvania" because that was the brand of the bulbs I purchased. So when you are done laughing at me, head on over to AutoZone for all of your auto parts.and ask for " Sylvia. "

Swapped out a battery with no problem. Bought wiper blades and they put them on for me. Very nice people.

To that "store mgr" at the Lake Ronkonkoma store. We would literally pick you up, carry you outside to the sidewalk and tell you: WHEN YOU LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE AND SPEAK TO EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, WE'LL LET YOU BACK INSIDE!

Waited to long to be helped even though I was the only one on line, only to find out that they didn't have the part I needed, so they sent me to another store rar away

I bought a remanufactured alternator here for my car, brought it home and installed it. It didn't work, so I brought it back. All they had in stock was a brand new one which they discounted for me without even having to ask, for my trouble with the first one I bought. Car is good as new, thanks again Autozone!

I buy a battery for my truck just my mechanic told me the problem is not the battery I came back I buy the alternator same when I’m try to make the returns of battery they told me doesn’t returns on battery that’s okay bo problem I told them no baddy told me that and doesn’t show on the resive too and then I star to resive insult and bad service for one women and the guy who was assisting me very bad experience here at this store

I came in yesterday to buy parts for my car. I was greeted by Elodie with an elegant & radiant smile who asked me if I need any assistance to let her know. When it came for me to check out, I was waiting to be helped but no one was no where to be found. Long story short, Elodie apologized when I told her I was waiting for 5 mins and no one bothered to assist me. She proceeded to take off 10% as a courtesy, which I found that very sweet of her to do. She thanked me for shopping & apologized once more. Now that's what I call good customer service.

The store manager loves yelling at her employees in front of everyone and then just behind a rack of parts where the whole store can still hear her. She is rude to customers trying to make them feel stupid when she hasn’t the slightest clue what she is talking about. Go to advance auto and save yourself a lot of hassle

Ronkonkoma store has a lot of parts in stock but the place needs people who have some knowledge about cars. Order online and pick up. Not recommended to let them do that

Excellent customer service. I have purchased windshield wipers at this location and sometimes they are difficult to get on the windshield or rear window properly. They always install the wipers free of charge if you purchase the wipers at this location.

The worst auto part on long island I stood in front of the parts counter while being ignored by two employees this morning for 10 min not even a hello we'll be right with you. Will never go back and will not recommend
