2I like to use AutoZone because they have a customer appreciation card after you spend $20 five times they give you $20 credit. Parts under warranty it saves in the machine under your phone, I like that option
I asked for a daytime running light bulb for a 2008 Tahoe and was told that it's not a separate bulb from the low beam. I second guessed myself because I was not as familiar with the 07+ Tahoe's and believed the person working there to actually know what they were talking about. After getting home to replace the bulb I realized that I was indeed correct and was sold the wrong bulb.
The return process was easy and I ended up taking a few minutes to look up the correct part number myself instead of trusting the employee to know what they are talking about. It's one thing for them to not know the answer, but it's another thing to convince a customer that they are wrong and sell them the complete wrong part.
