The gift of AVA HI LINE is the front desk and the fact that we are a vertical neighborhood with all different ages cultures etc.now for maiintenance i want to give a shout to Jose who always gets it right and explains what just happened and Dom who always cares
AVA High Line is a great place to live. Clean and modern building and units, great location (next to the High Line, an easy walk to Penn Station and just a block from the Hudson River). But the best part of living at AVA is the staff - especially the concierge crew - - Chris, Dom, Joe and Hector. These guys are the best. Always helpful and friendly - more like family than staff. I'll miss these guys and this place as I move to Chicago.
I lived in the AVA High Line for a year and I wish I never left. The concierge service was the best, specifically Joe. AVA is very lucky to have a guy like Joe!

AVA High Line in and of itself is a nice community however what set it apart from the others for us is Jessie. From our first phone contact through move-in and now post move-in, she has been and continues to be delightful to work with. Her helpful above and beyond attitude is refreshing. Thanks Jessie!
