4Don't. Just don't. Complete lack of empathy, no follow up, no care or concern for his patient's well being. This man should have his license taken away as he has no soul. Shame on you Dr. Reddy for not contacting me after I almost died under your supervision. Shame on you.
Run away. You’ll waste your time booking appointments, he will no show you every time. Please Look for another doc.
Terrible experience! The most disorganized office and the doctor! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
My dad had an appointment today at 4;00 pm for a biopsy we were at the office 3: 45 pm. Because last time when we were late for 10 mins, they made us wait for 2 hours to get us in. It is 5: 45 pm and we are still in the waiting room. Meanwhile, a man walked in (after hours of our wait) whom all the staff apparently knows, they took him inside as the receptionist told him “ the couches inside are much more comfortable “ and they took him in before us Never knew this is would be happening here in US. I would leave right now and never step back to any doctor at Mount Sinai, but my dad is very worried about his cancer and thinks that he needs to be seen by this so called Dr as he saw him before.
His receptionist needs a lesson in customer service. I didn't even get to see a doctor because she refused to help. Glad I left before I got in trouble.
