15The AC in the vehicle I got was broken. I picked up in NY and drove to FL needless to say from about Virginia to Florida I was sweating profusely.it was very uncomfortable.the vehicle (Dodge Durango) also had a piece hanging from underneath the vehicle that made a noise the whole time. Once I got to FLA i exchanged the Durango for a 4-Runner and that was a good experience but the drive down was horrific
Mrs. Sweets was amazing she made sure she got us a rental. Went above and beyond to make sure things worked out smoothly. If you go in and she’s there you’ll be all set
The Rochester International Airport has the WORST customer service when it comes to its African American customers.
After departing my flight I approach the counter to pick up and was adviced I was 4.05 short (shame on me) of my required payment. With such a small balance I suggested options (i.e. Applying my wizard card number for the 10% discount). I was met with a STERN NO! With no other options given, outside of try someone else. I was stuck there with no assistance from her or EITHER of her constituents.
Forunately I went to another AVIS location and was able apply the discount and all was well. Which only confirmed my initial suspicions and has caused AVIS to lose a customer
Mr. Ed Williams made me feel like family. I live 2 minutes away from the airport, but I will drive 15 minutes to Mr. Ed Williams's location to rent a car from him, he's the best, a very kind person.
Crystal is the embodiment of great and friendly customer service. She puts the needs of the customer first and knows her business inside & out. There was a complex issue with my reservation and she sorted it out swiftly and in a professorial manner
Who's responsible to keep the customers safe? Cars, tired needs to be thoroughly checked, tail lights after each return. Feeling unsafe in these vehicles.

Showed up, they wanted more money, didn't take cash, couldn't use debit or different credit card.
The manager was not there, had to discuss over phone. All she kept repeating was cooperate says this and thst.she is horrible, and couldn't manage a ping pong game. Went to Webster and it was best
Ed was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He is a great asset to the company. When I picked up the car he went over how to start it, fill it with gas, wipers, headlights, adjusting the seat etc. It was easy to extend the rental an additional day. The car was clean and odor free, got 42 mpg, and was comfortable to drive. I will rent from them again!
Car was pick up from a different location and returned here. I realized I left my ezpass when I got home. I called and spoke with a female employee who said yes it is at the location. I asked if she can put it in a safe place. She said yes I asked if she can document it so when I come and she is not there another employee will be able to know where is. Long story short for about a week I called to make sure I didn’t drive a hr and 30 mins for nothing ever one was clueless no one knew what I was talking about. I gave all my information and return date of vehicle. Week two went to location NOTHING I was told they was going to contact the worker who worked that day. Week 3 I got a statement from ezpass stating that my balance was low. How? I don’t have it. Went on my account to see that $30 has been used. So if the employee confirmed it was there and it’s still being used so who got? But anyway ppl after talking to customer service, ezpass the older guy at the location a lot of time wasted. No one is ever at the counter. Ezpass canceled! A month later still no reimbursement, explanation, apology or accountability.
Ed Williams took excellent care of me, solved some problems, and helped me get what I needed. Great experience!
Always a great experience with Ed! Other staff is nice but when they rush it creates major inconveniences for me.
The car was a mess! It was smelly (of cigarettes) full of hair (maybe animal hair?) The seats sets so gross we had to bring towels to sit on! The dash board and doors rare sticky with spilled junk, I just can't tall you how disgusting it was, obviously it was full of crumbs, not had I g bend vacuumed. WS had to stop at a store to buy air freshener!
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. This was my first experience with a rental and by far it was my worst experience and I will never give them my service again. They stole my luggage and rented the car out before thoroughly checking. I spoke to customer service and put multiple reports in regarding my stolen luggage and never received follow up responses. They didn't try to work with me at all and kept giving me the run around. I will never be doing business this company again and I will make sure to never recommend this company to anyone.

Brenda gave me The most professional and helpful customer service I have ever received. She went above and beyond to make sure I received the vehicle I wanted for my birthday Weekend. Ed was also just as helpful when I returned my vehicle even remembered my name. I will be returning
