This agency in the Bronx has such kind employees. A Supervisor Ms. Lameisha/coordinator Sabrina are always pleasant and ready to help. I am super happy with my HHA. We are a great fit.
I love the services at Avondale they are very professional and take care of their employees. Christina is the supervisor here and I love speaking with her. She's the best! Im happy i left my previous agency for this one. The coordinators are helpful as well
The worst experience. I have been without care the entire weekend for my mother and she is bed bound and requires Hoya lift. I have never had a living service for my Mom. Long story short I am still currently waiting for assistance with my mother & still have not heard anything from Avondale Workers Concerned Daughter
If you are a home health aide do not work here. Coordinators are the worst and they don’t care about the aides at all. You will get sent to cases that insurance won’t pay leaving you wasting time energy and money. Then the agency wants to pay you for a hour. Worst coordinators is Ashley and Jennifer don’t take none of their cases. Christina was the nicest person there always looking out for aides
When u call these people they like to bounce u around n hang up on u when u ask them why haven’t u don’t ur job they stay shut I can’t wait to leave this care group

I have been working for Avon dale for 3 year the intake Cordinator Sonia is the best she answer all your questions and help you on any issues that you have, and the rest of the staff are also supportive.
I have worked with Avondale for several years taking care of my mother, I can’t complain. I had a great Supervisor!
The agency does a great job addressing my grandmothers and now my own mothers needs. Staff has been patient with me as well and my family members who need care. Sonia B.is the absolute best. She is follows up quickly and does her best to help. No complaints.
