A&W Restaurant, Niagara Falls NY

Service was exceptional tonight and staff was very attentive to ensuring our little one enjoyed herself too! Food was piping hot and fresh. Establishment is also very well kept and clean which is much appreciated.

Great food and friendly staff. The location is very odd and there is very limited and difficult to access parking. It took a bit longer to get the food than expected but once we got it we enjoyed it very much!

Place a large takeout order as we wanted to try a bunch of stuff on the menu. Everything was correct and tasted great.

This restaurant can not take a proper order. Completely messed up my order witch is no surprise as they did with my mother and a few of my friends. They also need to lay off the salt because they lay it down heavily. Ya won't be going back there again, I'll just drive into Canada.

Can’t go wrong with a root beer float!

The food was probably the best fast food I have had in years. Everything was hot and freshly cooked (the onion rings were delicious) and as advertised the root beer was freshly made.

This is a new fast food location just two blocks from the falls. The food was exceptional. Be sure to have the famous A&W Root Beer Float.
Parking was a little tricky.

They didn't change there gloves the girl went out side Walk up the street came back with the same gloves on and the man making the food on his phone and making your food

Food in this place is really good, you should try out papa burger and root beer. Cashier and staff are friendly and approachable. Love to visit again

Yesterday, I had my first experience of an A&W in US and it was awesome. The staff was super courteous and welcoming. I was with my wife and daughter and everyone had a good time. My daughter got a free toy and she loved playing with the soft A&W ball. Tye washroom was clean too. The chicken tenders were fresh and tasty. Couldn’t have asked for more

Me and my family of 4 ordered the #6 all with fries except 1 with onion rings and the total came out to $60.the lady at the register was on the phone and you could barely understand her and was talking very quietly.once we got our food the cheeseburgers tasted like old meat that had been sitting out and the onion rings didn’t even taste like onion at all. Fries were the best part. 10/10 would not recommend not even for a dog.

I would give this restaurant 1000 stars if I could. I am so happy with this place. When I saw they opened a location near me I got so excited. I've heard they make their rootbeer fresh daily and OH MAN, YOU CAN TELL. The rootbeer is out of this world delicious. I usually get a frosted glass of rootbeer and a Rootbeer float to go because it's so amazing. I've have also taken home their half gallon. This place opened very recently and I've already been four times. It's such a great place, I even decided to take my step father here for his birthday. The food is awesome, the outside seating is wonderful, the music is fun, the atmosphere is clean and enjoyable but the BEST PART tied with the rootbeer of course is the employees. For my step dad's birthday they gave us a substantial discount and to our surprise the owner gave our whole party of four free icecream sundaes. They really are some of the nicest most accommodating people you will EVER meet in a fast food setting. Im NOT the type to waste money eating out but I could never consider coming here a waste. Its just to damn GOOD! I will continue to be a frequent customer in hopes my patronage will help keep their business flourishing and hopefully their doors remain open for a long time.
