1 First let me say that I am a private homeowner with an awning completely covering my deck. The service this company provides is awesome! When we bought this house in July 2021, we inherited the awning. This company comes in the fall, takes down the canvas part of the awning and brings it back to their warehouse for storage. They also service it during the winter if need be. Then they put it back up in the spring!
Well, our first winter service showed the awning needed to be replaced as it had been up about 13 years. So we bought a new awning. With the new awning it was free install and take down for a year! The next spring they came out to put it on and it was too short. They took it back down and said they would fix it and come back and put it back up. They came back a few weeks later and put up the lengthened awning. Let's just say I wasn't happy. It looked terrible. Instead of waiting until I cooled down I called the company and let them have it. In a very calm manner, Angela asked me to take a deep breath and calm down. She assured me that they would fix this. I agreed to let the "repaired awning" stay on for the summer. They made another new awning, no further charge, during the winter months. They also extended my no charge install and take down one more year.
Today they came with the new awning. Let me tell you this new awning is better that the original awning! It looks so good.
They may have made an error with the first new awning, but given a chance they made it right and then some. This is a family owned local business. They really do great work and offer a great service. If they do something wrong, they have proven they will make it right. I would highly recommend this company for an awning for your place. They care about their customers and they want to make them happy. The photos are of the new awning this year. There may be a few wrinkles, but it was just put up and needs to settle. I don't think there is a reason to show last year's "new awning" as it doesn't exist anymore and they made it right.
