Very unprofessional, they don't have any clue of what they are doing.

Had awning installed over a month ago. The address was not centered and I called and asked repeatedly for them to correct their mistake. All they kept saying was that they will fix it, give me a date and never show up. I will never work with them again and never recommend them. I now have to pay another company to correct their mistake.

Please stay away from this Place. Mr. Jose is Just not a Man of his Words. You can not do Business or trust him. I needed an extension to the awing that Mr Jose put up.we agreed on a price and delivery date.still waiting a year later excuses after excuses. These guys are horrible at what they do. Quick to take money and when you need them for services leak etc.repair add on or any thing else you are going to get the run around. I will be doing my best to report this company so they could be shut down. If you get Mr. Jose on the phone he will give you excuse. I had someone at my house Yesterday waiting for him to come.when i called him he said he forgot.that's his answer after we discuss in details.trying to still give him the benefit of doubt. He told me he would be there he even wrote it down on paper.one of his other excuses his his truck broke down.meanwhile you see him around the needihood driving around. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a very large Awning installed yesterday and I used Ditmas Awning and I am very pleased MrJose was very professional and the workers did a good professional job. I highly recommend this company,

Poor craftmanship it rained the same day with 2 leak, screws missing the post water dripping on my classic car. Calls were made with a message recorded from me explaining to him in full detail the problem. He returned my call stated his son made it, and he will call him. No feed back yet from jose A follow up call will be made today unsatisfied customer.

Stay away from this company.make sure you ask for their address/manufacture location.check for there license number! They are NOT LICENSED with the Consumer affairs OR HAVE INSURNACE! When you ask for these information. They will tell you something else and misleading information! Or they will simple ignore you when you ask for info! BUYERS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I bought a new house and my brother hired this company to do some work for us.at first they were so nice and picked up our phone call in a heart beat, obviously they wanted to get our business. After they finished installation, we notice how poor their quality of work they have. Screws all over the place, too many cuts that means they were not measuring everything the right way.
They did front and back of my house. Recently started to rain a lot and because of the front work they did, water is damaging my ceiling and inside walls. I have called several times and for me to take the time to write a review about a company it means that they are really really bad.i am a very patient person but delmy does not care. She keeps telling me we are very busy, I understand how you feel but we are busy. In the mean time every time it rains more water go thru my walls. If you know you dropped the ball you should go out of your way to fix your mistakes but this company does not give a damn.
They are very unprofessional and they just treat you good when they have new business.
I hope that they get in contact with me to fix my situation and if they do i will write another review to let everyone know they fixed my situation.
