Process was fast but had to curse out that lady because of her rudeness and pure attitude.looks like the coworkers are used to her pathetic demeanor.once I told her about herself her tone wants to be nicer smh

Supervision and the guard at Calvary Cemetery completely unresponsive, incompetent, and remiss in their duties.

Guard caused more than 10 people in at least 3 separate vehicles to become locked in the cemetery by closing the gates early and leaving without checking for vehicles or persons on the grounds first.

Dispatcher became dismissive and belligerent with callers' inquiries. After no response or information from the dispatcher that someone would respond in a reasonable time, it became necessary to request the FDNY repond to cut the lock to release those who were being held on the cemetery grounds.

This situation could've been avoided by competent practices and communication within the company itself. Starting with but not limited to sweeping the grounds not only for visitors but to detect and deter any possible criminality.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I definitely would not recommend Axel Protection for any site security services.

The process to do the fingerprinting test was fast and kind of cool since it was my first time doing one. Gail in the front is very nice and welcoming.

Consistent attitude. No greeting a customer. Very unprofessional. Seem unhappy. Ridiculous. Been going since 2007. One woman is always pretty nice though took a while to break her in, which i shouldn't have to do. If I acted like they did, forget it. This is crazy.

I'm usually in and out very quickly when I do have to come here. The staff is quick and competent.
